Our two bedroom, two bath condo located at Fairway Villas in the Waikoloa Beach Resort (not Waikoloa Village) is beautifully decorated and furnished in an island style for your comfort and has been recently upgraded with new flooring, sofa, smart TV, Fanimation ceiling fans, window shutters, crown molding, new washer/dryer, refrigerator, central air conditioning, and new walk-in shower in primary. The unit is located on the second floor and easily accessed by elevator or stairs. The condo isin the G building facing the golf course and mountains. With a fully equipped kitchen and upgraded stainless steel appliances, you can enjoy meals in the dining area, at the bar stools in the kitchen, or on the lanai overlooking the golf course with a view of the Kohala Mountains and Maui in the distance.

An infinity heated pool overlooking the King’s Lake, a BBQ with a picnic area, and a fitness center are nearby for your use.

Located within the world class Waikoloa Beach Resort, our condo is walking distance to both the Queen’s Marketplace and King’s Shops for dining out options and shopping. Also nearby, is the ancient petroglyph trail – a must see!

A new 55 smart TV with cable, and great summer reads can be found in the living room area for your enjoyment.

Great snorkeling and swimming can be found nearby (10 minute walk from condo) at Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay). Hapuna Beach, great for boogie boarding, is just 10 minutes by car, as well as several other amazing beaches. Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler, and an umbrella are in the unit for your use.

Three newly re-designed golf courses are available at the Waikoloa Beach Resort; the Beach, Kings and Lake courses. Nearby (within 15 minutes), you will also find several other world-class courses including the Mauna Lani course, the Mauna Kea, and Hapuna Beach designed by Arnold Palmer.

Nearby you can enjoy the spas and restaurants at the Marriott. Be sure to visit the dolphins and take a tram to the shops and restaurants of the Hilton as well.
