Beautifully renovated ground-floor Condo, steps to Private Beach Access!

Everything was absolutely wonderful. We had the best week. We would definitely book this condo again.

Liz communicated very well and made sure everything we needed was in order. She even checked in on us mid trip. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is very nice and updated. The bunkroom is the cutest and we had plenty of room for all of the kids. I do wish the master bedroom had a closet, but that is not a deal breaker for me. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. It's a great location

Overall we were really pleased with the condo. It’s been decorated to a great standard and great that there’s access to the beach nearby. The host was really helpful in letting us check in early and made sure we had everything we need. Would definitely be back if in Destin again.

The owner reached out shortly after check in to let me know that neighbors said it looked like some “people we normally wouldn’t rent to” appeared to be staying on the property. Our friends are all people of color. I booked this for a beach weekend with my son and some family friends. At the last minute, I had an emergency and couldn’t join them. The entire weekend I got weird, unprompted messages reporting on who was at the property, trying to find out when I would arrive, accusing me of being a liar, threatening to evict, etc.—no reports of disruption, just a rabid owner’s own paranoia. I never want an experience like that again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay ! This condo offered great access to the uncrowded beach. We found that we had plenty of space for our family. The bedrooms each have blackout curtains, which made sleeping in easy. This condo is pristine & perfect with all the amenities . It’s just as the description states.

The condo was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean and plenty of amenities and room for our family of five to be comfortable. Really enjoyed the locked patio box full of beach stuff (chairs, nets, boogie boards, etc.)

The check in process was easy. The location was great, not only for the beach but the baseball fields as well. The set up inside was perfect for our large family. The condo was clean and well sticked with what we needed. The host was very accommodating and communication was great. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future.
