Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose hummingbird corner mainly because it’s so close to the play area and the pool and it has that wonderful view of the valley. The location was everything and it made for a great time. The three bedrooms kept us all happy and comfortable. The owners could make some improvements on lighting at the kitchen bar and in the kitchen as it is quite dim at night. Additionally, the furniture could be more comfortable. The seating in the living room is a bit antiquated and I stubbed my toe on the benches at the table and the table supports. The suggestions would put the frosting on the cake.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a perfect location if you are bringing small children. The pool and the very large sandbox are within steps of this unit. The lighting in the kitchen was inadequate. We had to bring a lamp from the living room to be able to prepare food for most meals. There were insufficient dish towels for the unit and we ended up having to buy more - so bring plenty with you if you use this unit. The gas grill had been left in really poor condition so we changed our grilling menus and used the cook top. Otherwise, it was a nice unit and again super convenient for families.

Great view and close walk to the pool. Will be back next summer for sure!

Great property and location. Very clean and well stocked. My only complaint is that after taxes and many different fees…… you end up paying twice what the daily rate is quoted as.

The back deck looks lovely for a warmer time of year. Great location, very quiet, but close enough to the main road and walking distance to a restaurant and convenience store. My only concern was that no one at the realty was wearing masks during the Omicron peak, but we didn't need to spend time there.
