Ideally situated next to public transit and tech buses, it's also easy walking distance to the Mission, the Castro and Bernal Heights.

The entire flat will be all yours along with garage parking for one car. Please note, our garage is shared with our neighbor and while there is room for a regular sized vehicle, it won't work if you have a very large SUV or truck. In that case, you can purchase temporary parking passes for the duration of your stay so you can park on the street.

Our home is a beautiful, spacious, top floor, light-filled condo in a two unit building right in the heart of Noe Valley. The flat is a rare two bedrooms/two bath and features a grand living room and formal dining room in addition to a sunny breakfast room. Our home is tastefully furnished with an eclectic collection of vintage furniture that evokes Old World luxury yet is very comfortable. Quiet washer/dryer in unit. One car garage parking. One-block walking distance to 24thStreet shops and restaurants while also close to the Mission District and BART, with an excellent walk score of 94. Easy access to 280/101 and bike share. Google Buses and MUNI right around the corner!



Whether walking, biking or taking the MUNI, the BART or the tech buses, our home is located in an ideal location. We are very central to everything.

NOTE: For all stays that are one month or longer, we require you have our cleaner do a cleaning every two weeks which will include the linens. Given problems in the past, we do not allow outside cleaners to come in. The cost of the first cleaning at the 2 week mark is $220 and you will be sent a payment request via Airbnb or Zelle at that time. Further bi-weekly cleanings will cost $180 each and you will be responsible to pay them directly to the cleaner. The final cleaning fee is included in the listed cleaning price when you make your booking.
