Was just as advertised. Very clean, great location within the resort . Very well stocked with all kitchen tools needed. Personally happy for the shelf stable half and half as I forgot mine! Pool very nice. When I contacted the reps with questions I got very quick responses. Would recommend this place for a couple, or with small children.

Amazing. A great little get a way right on the ocean with a great pool as well. Very quiet at night. Kitchen was the best equipped I ever had on a vacation. Owner was awesome!

This property was amazing, it was clean and very close to the beach. The gate attendant was very helpful and cheerful. My family and I had a blast and will definitely be booking a trip next summer.

We had a very nice, quick stay in Topsail/Surf City. The rental was well done, clean, and great location. The beach is just a quick walk across the courtyard. We didn’t get the chance to enjoy the pool but that looked nice as well. Overall pleased with our stay and hopeful to return.

We had a great experience staying at Jordan and Katie's condo in Surf City!!! The place was just as expected. It was CLEAN!, communication with Katie was perfect, décor was just the perfect amount of beachy (for us), and we had everything amenity wise we needed for our stay. Should we decide to take another small trip in the future, we would definitely consider coming back! ***We owned a VRBO beach property of our own just last year, so we know how difficult they can be to manage. But we loved your place and you should be proud of what you've created for your family.

The property is exactly as described. All the comforts of home plus extras! The special details put into this condo stand out immediately upon entering the property. The decor is beautiful. Plenty of dishes and the coffee pot brews a pot as well as K-Cups. The king bed is very comfortable. The views from the balcony are incredible. The grounds are impeccably clean as well as the pool. I have no complaints about this rental. Those that have trouble climbing steps, this is not a rental for you. There is NO elevator and this unit is on the 2nd floor. Hosts were amazing to work with. Don’t hesitate to book this condo!
