Beautifully decorated condo on Venice Island

Wonderful location for access to beaches and charming downtown Venice! Loved this area. Pleasant accommodations and friendly neighbors.

Delightful stay at the last minute and so convenient to everything! The condo had everything we needed. Debbie was so responsive to our needs. Thank you for rescuing our vacation!

We arrived at the unit and it was just as described, cozy & clean .parking is assigned and there are parking spots for visitors. I had a question about something in the unit and Debbie responded right away. The pool is nice and well maintained . Less than a mile walking or driving to the beach ,which we took advantage of . There’s pickle ball courts in the area too . Downtown Venice is in close proximity. The Italian American Club had a spaghetti dinner that was fantastic. The airport in the area there was not an issue, Mostly small Cessna’s not many jets at all .The area is pretty quiet,Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit is roomy and laid out well. It is quiet, especially at night when it matters most. The beds are quite comfortable. Shower pressure is good, and this is not always true, in my experience of renting. There are no grab bars in the shower, so if you are a senior make sure you use a rubber mat inside the shower. Debbie is easy to communicate with, and she knows how to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

This is not a touristy resort style place (december) . It was peaceful and clean with plenty of supplies, towels, beach items , full kitchen supplies to cook etc. It is in a safe area with a pleasant pool area (with bathrooms). The historic downtown area was my favorite go to spot and the beaches were nice. I highly reccomend for those that just want to feel like a local and enjoy peace and quiet.

Five minute drive to the beach and downtown. Basic necessities, quiet area with comfortable bed. We frequented many restaurants and we were never disappointed.

Debbie’s condo was very clean. Close to the beach and after the beach enjoyed an afternoon swim in the pool. Having a bad back the mattress was extremely comfortable! Laundry room accessible right downstairs from the condo Stocked with beach chairs and beach towels. The only suggestion I have for the owner is to purchase an antenna so you can get local tv channels. Roku is not that easy to work since it is all streaming. We watched our shows on our computer and IPad. Definitely recommend this place to stay as we were there for a month. Debbie is very easy to get in touch with and answers back quickly.
