Beautiful condo overlooking the sand dunes with peaks of the incredible blue waters of the ocean.our host was very attentive. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Came with everything needed to enjoy your stay. The area is so beautiful and the beach is close by with boardwalks everyway to get to the beach. We loved our time here and will certainly be back.

The condo was perfect! Beautiful views of the beaches, garage/covered parking spot, pool and beach within walking distance and there were plenty of extras included with our stay. Thorough communication from the owner and they supplied plenty of trash can liners, dishwasher/laundry tabs and shampoo/conditioner in each shower. Beach chairs and towels are included. We would stay here again!

After our Jamaica trip was cancelled due to the hurricane, my fiancé and I found this beautiful property and it turned out to be the perfect getaway! The views of the dunes and ocean were absolutely stunning, and the quick walk to the beach along the pathways made every day feel special.The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts Jeannie and Greg were wonderful and made everything easy from start to finish. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning to come back!Michele & Steve

This condo is absolutely STUNNING. Photos are perfectly accurate and the view is just to die for. Jeannie was so helpful and easy to communicate with. Watersound is a quaint little neighborhood…with 4 small children we really almost never needed to leave :)

We loved the view and accommodations, absolutely beautiful. This listing is on the third floor, so the dunes really are just that tall and magnificent. We were not sad about a rainy day because we could enjoy watching the lightning out over the dunes and ocean. Beautiful scenic drive in the neighborhood. Great having pizza within a reasonable walking distance. Picturesque.The beach equipment cage underneath the building is nice and spacious. Lots of room for your own personal equipment.Guests are NOT allowed to rent a golf cart, and it's difficult to get 60yo parents and infants out to the beach without one. It's easy to underestimate the walk from the door to the shore just from looking at a map. Be ready to walk 10 minutes to avoid stairs or to navigate 4 flights of boardwalk stairs each way.Unfortunately, the local lake overflow dumps out near the beachfront. We'd have beautiful turquoise waters in the early morning but later mornings the overflow would pour into the ocean and the currents would carry the rusty brown water. The current mostly brought the overflow down-current to our shoreline, but on the last day the current was the opposite direction and carried it away. Really just the luck of the draw unfortunately.

This property was outstanding! Beautiful condo, fully stocked & very very clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay & we've stayed several places. Will definitely stay again. Jeanie was great to work with!

Best house ever. We are a huge fans of the area, so far this is the best we ever rented.

This was a wonderful house for my family’s beach trip. My husband and I brought our young children (ages 4 & 5) and it was perfect. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and we enjoyed the pool, close proximity to the beach, beautiful views, and the full kitchen. Everything was so clean and comfortable. I highly recommend. Many thanks!

We had a wonderful family vacation with our college age children. The condo is absolutely wonderful and we would love to stay again. Communication is excellent if you have any questions. I love to cook and the kitchen has everything you need! Loved our family vacation! We definitely hope to return!

Fabulous property in a secluded and beautiful community. Steps from pool and boardwalk to beach. Views are incredible and finishes are top notch. Can’t say enough positives about this property and ease of communication with the owner. Have stayed in this hidden gem before and hope to return again and again.

Our third year in this condo was just as relaxing as in the past. The panoramic views of the white sand dunes and the gulf are what keeps us coming back for more, as well as the nicely decorated rooms and comfortable areas. Already booked for next year!

Wow! 10/10/10/10! We came here to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday! Wonderful time! Comfortable beds and new pillows! Slept great! That is always a plus on vacation! The view was breathtaking! Lovely walk to the beach! Kitchen packed with everything you could need to call home! Prompt response from the owner if you needed her! Clean pool! Clean home! Just everything was great! The highlight if the property is the stunningly beautiful views of the dunes and ocean. The apartment itself is in a perfect location for views, being on the third floor and directly facing the ocean. The interior of the apartment is very attractive, wonderfully furnished and decorated, and fully accommodated for living at the beach for several days. It would be difficult to find a more enjoyable place to stay.

This is a lovely unit, and the property owner was very hospitable. If you want beautiful sunsets, and a 5 minute walk to the beach, please consider renting this unit.

We had a marvelous stay at Watersound. The property is lovely with easy access to the beach. The views are beautiful. The abundant supply of chairs, towels, beach toys were very appreciated. Even through Tropical Storm Helene, we had a great time introducing our four year grandkids to the wonders of beach life and all the available sand toys helped. Thank you!
