Beautiful Updated Condo!! 2 BR /2 BA,14th Floor. KING BED! CLEAN! The VIEWS!!

The condo is very nice. The views from the front door and balcony are stunning. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. The resort is quiet and conveniently located to everything.

Beautiful, beach view was fabulous, very clean property, friendly people, not far from restaurants and shopping. Stores offer delivery thru Instacart which was great if you aren’t renting a car.

We loved staying at Pelican Beach. Our condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for beach. The view was unbelievable. The owners were very helpful in suggesting restaurants which we tried these for the first time. Definitely we be back.

Beautiful condo! We’ve stayed at Pelican Beach many times, and this was our favorite condo. Two bedrooms is nice, and the bed in master is very comfy. Lots of extras! Quick and friendly response from owner when needed to speak with him. Appreciate his promptness and kindness. Would stay again!

Our condo was great,and the resort is awsome and i will be back to stay for another vacation. Tiki Bar was definitely great!

The condo was great. The view was awesome. The only thing we didnt like was that there was no ice maker in freezer, only a couple cheap ice trays

This property was everything it stated and more. Very well equipped, and tastefully decorated. There were just 2 of us in the party and we had the best time. Definitely would recommend staying here and we are already planning our next trip.

Lovely condo within the Pelican Beach Resort. This was our 4th stay at this resort, first at this unit. The condo was well decorated and appointed. We like the pools, the tiki bar, beach access, the views, and walkability to some restaurants and shops. The traffic — and the difficulty of turning out onto the strip is our only complaint — but that is true of almost any location on that main drag.

The condo was absolutely perfect- it had everything we needed and more! The lounger on the balcony over looking the ocean was amazing! We loved the pools, hot tubs and tiki hut! Such a fun place! The only thing I wish we had know more about was the lack of beach space. The rental chairs take up so much room that it leaves very little space to sit (and no ocean view) and not much space for the kids to play and build. Get out really early and set chairs/blankets up to be sure to have a space!

The Pelican Resort property offers many amenities: gym, cafe, beach bar with beach and pool service (starts March 1st), heated pools, gathering space, front desk, laundry service for one bedroom only, and beach chair/umbrella service.The condo itself was spacious with a partial view of the ocean for sunrise only, no afternoon sun or sunset views. Upon arrival I sanitized all surfaces: kitchen cabinets and drawers inside and out, all utensil trays and dishes and cutlery to remove built up stains, food, and grime. I washed baseboards, casings, walls and bathroom cabinets to remove built up black grime. I sanitized the sliding balcony door frame, handle and tracks inside and out to remove black grime. The kitchen is original and needs replacing. During the stay a new mattress was requested for the king size bed and the owner replaced it a few days later.

The condo was very clean & furnished with everything you could need including a beautiful view! The resort was excellent as well! We loved having the beach service, multiple pools, tiki bar & cafe on site. It is conveniently located to all Destin has to offer. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

The Pelican never disappoints, we love the resort… but this condo was not clean. Shower heads/sink faucets covered in black mold. Didn’t think I’d be cleaning bathrooms on my vacation. No extra kitchen items (trash bags, hand soap, dish soap etc) Will not be staying with this company again.

This our 5th time staying in this condo. Everything is perfect. We have never stayed in a condo where everything is provided for you right down to laundry detergent. We will definitely be back!

The condo was beautiful! We had an ocean side view from the balcony that you could access from the master bedroom or the living room. The beds were extremely comfortable and I’m pretty picky so to say the least, it felt like I was at home, but with a better view. There were no complaints from me, nor my family. Everybody loved the condo and it was a great experience.

The Condo was just as advertised. Check in was flawless. Plenty of parking and alot of security.I would stay again

A beautiful condo on our favorite beach.

Comfortable, clean, great location, and SO much to do in the area. Pictures are accurate. Well stocked kitchen (although could have used more TP add trash bags) and beach supplies provided. Master bathroom shower was very nice. The second bathroom tub is unusually high. Would be good for bathing children but not for elderly getting in or out. We would rent this condo again!

2nd bedroom mattress not good dipped in areas. Door in bathroom really needs fixed getting into bathtub was a little too high for someone older. Bed I’m master really good. Liked the selection of pools. And exercise center. Remote control in master needs replaced. Only way to turn channels was to be right up on it. Loved view very clean
