Beautiful Southwest Style Old Town Scottsdale, Ground Level Condo

Great condo located conveniently for everything we needed. Nice, quite comfortable unit. Walked to everything. Great communication with the host.

very clean, walkable to stores shopping restaurants condo had everything you needed very comfortable owner Gail and manager Maureen were very accomendating. if you needed something and called they called you back within 5 minutes. would stay again

We visited the Scottsdale for the PGA tournament and good restaurants -- this was a great place! The place is fully stocked, has a nice little patio, access to shared pool/hot tub, and is an easy walk to a plaza with grocery, restaurants, Starbucks, and more. The owner has paid good attn to details to make things easy for guests. Be sure to read the condo assn. rules to avoid unecessary fees. Would definitely recommend, and hope we get the opportunity to stay here again!

Pros: Nicely decorated, well-stocked condo in close location to Old Town Scottsdale. Cons: dishwasher did not work and I was charged extra, curtains which provide more privacy due to visible location of unit to a busy street had lightweight clips for heavy weight curtains and one fell off. I was charged extra for reattaching the clip. The kingbed mattress moved easily on the box spring and dust ruffle clips came off - I was charged extra for that. 1 wheel of bed frame came off (I was unaware, but wheel easily clipped back on) - I was charged extra for that. Small spots on blanket - extra charge. Remotes in smaller bedroom did not turn tv on and bed mattress was uncomfortable. Creepy neighbor took pictures of my teenage daughters at night in the pool. Pool was VERY crowded during the day. Overall - not a good deal, especially if you like privacy and don't want excessive cleaning fees. I had left the unit free of ALL trash, vacuumed, wiped down and clean. A nearby resort would've cost the same without all the nit picking and excessive charges. AVOID this rental for a no hassle visit with more privacy and less hidden costs ELSEWHERE.

Great location, property as described. Nice pool and hot tub access. Nice patio to sit on in the mornings. Clear communication. Was able to check in early. Lots of nice little extras provided like beach towels, kleenex, paper plates, and sunscreen. Comfortable mattresses. Some areas could use a little extra dusting. Overall, would recommend and would stay there again.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Maureen was extremely helpful and so sweet. We highly recommend this place. Clean, cozy and welcoming. The pool was fantastic and close to restaurants and stores.

Everything was great! The place was exactly as advertised - clean, cool decor, easy access to nice pool and hot tub, decently stocked kitchen with everything you need. The floor plan is pretty minimal but it’s exactly what you need. The outdoor patio has a little fence and is very pleasant, especially in the morning before things get too hot.One of the hosts came and showed us around when we arrived - how to access the pool, gym, etc., it was a nice touch and was much easier than following paper directions.Parking was simple, location was easy - there’s a nice grocery store right across the street. We took an uber into the heart of old town Scottsdale because my dad is older, but it’s not a bad walk if the weather permits.Would recommend to anyone!

The condo was perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend. I stayed with my son, who is attending school in Phoenix, along with my future son in law. The condo was clean and comfortable. Central to all of our activities. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

This is a beautiful property and so relaxing. The attention to details were amazing. It certainly felt like home. The property manager was so warm and welcoming. She felt like family. The next time we are in the area, this will definitely be our first consideration for a great place to stay.

This property met all of our needs. It is close to restaurants, entertainment, groceries, and the community is very well maintained. We appreciated the condo’s southwestern decor.

We have stayed at many VRBO properties, but this is our favorite by far! It has a great location for exploring Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area. It is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and well-stocked. The grounds and pool area are lovely. And, best of all, Gail and Maureen are delightful to work with. We will return!

Great place to stay. Very comfortable. Very well equipped. Had many utensils, pots and pans. Pool very clean and so was the hot tub. Location to get to anywhere was perfect.

Went to see the car show,nice place to visit and the condo was very clean and accommodating.

Nice, older condo in great location close to Old Town. Pool and hot tub were fabulous, club house could use updating but has a great workout area. Enjoyed eating out on the patio. Laundry room… washers and dryers need change or an app to pay, had trouble unlocking the door to get in.
