Beautiful Seaside Retreat on the 3rd floor at Royal Gardens in Garden City.

Everything was wonderful, this is a perfect place for a couple, clean , comfortable, will be coming back!!!

Stayed in this building a few different times however this owner and this unit was exceptional this owner takes really good care and goes out of her way to make sure everything is in the unit that is needed and I do mean everything very clean very well stocked actually there's nothing that we needed at all it was all covered we'll definitely recommend and definitely stay in this unit again.

This condo is located right on the beach, third floor so close you can hear some of the people on the beach from the balcony. Enjoy our stay hope to return.

This condo is beautiful and cozy. We spent a lot of time inside this time because of a tropical storm and we made the best of it. The host, Michelle is the best!

Great communication with owners. Resort is very nice. Nice pool and beach access. Super clean a tastefully decorated. Close to Garden City Pier. Would suggest renting a golf cart to get around and leave your vehicle parked in the parking garage at the resort. Highly recommend staying here.

Clean and pretty condo with a perfect location and view!! Nice vacation week for us. We enjoyed the bar on the property too. Great food and fun place. The only concern we had was the bed. Very noisy whenever my husband had to get up during the night. I got woke up every time. The bed/mattress is the only thing I’d change there. Everything else was perfect for us! Thank you!!

The condo, as always, was spotless and more than completely stocked. This is our 5th time renting from Michelle and she's an amazing host. We can't wait til next time!

This was a perfect place for us. It had everything that we needed and was very clean with a great view. The owners were very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back.

The building was very old looks a little run down but room was nice would stay again need to update to at least queen bed in bed room

This was the perfect quick get away to the beach. Michelle was very helpful & responsive — even giving great restaurant recommendations. The condo was beautiful and comfortable with the best location possible. We were already talking about a return trip before we even left!
