Stayed Jan 1, 2025Just as advertised. Extremely clean complex. Pool was right outside the door. Three bedrooms with the master being away from the other two. New stainless steel appliances. Nice tile floors and laminate in bedrooms. Hoping to be able to rent there again next year!

Stayed Mar 2, 2023We had a great stay at Positano. The property is very nice and we enjoyed the pool & amenities. The condo was well equipped and met all our needs. Rodica, the owner, was good to work with and accommodated any changes we had. We really liked the location but suggest that you have a car, as it is a fair walk to store/restaurants. We would recommend this rental and would gladly stay there again.

Stayed Jan 1, 2023First time staying at this property. This unit was located close to pool and clubhouse. Second floor unit but had elevators which helped as we are elderly and wife has issues walking upstairs. Pictures were accurate. Was comfortable and convenient to shopping.

Stayed Jan 1, 2022We rent every year in South Florida. This was our first time on the West side. The location of the property was fantastic. I love the beach, and was only 15 minutes away from a public beach with plenty of parking. There is tons of shopping within 5 minutes of the condo. The place was perfect. When I attempted to resign for 2023, she had already booked it with another party.

Stayed Mar 1, 2021This property is ideally located in a gated community. This unit was a very comfortable, 3 BR condo on the 2nd floor, overlooking the Clubhouse and pool. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Stayed Mar 1, 2020I rented this for one month and after two weeks here is when the corona virus shutdown happened... I didn't know if I should return home because my state was in worse shape at the time than Florida and then florida got hit harder than my state but the owners of this condo checked on me weekly and let me stay as long as I need to… I will never forget their kindness towards me!
