Condo is well appointed, open concept floor plan, on the 3rd floor, Updated Tommy Bahamma bedroom/2 bathrooms. Uniquevacation condominium in downtown Naples, Florida. A City on the Gulf with a Condo that has Private, Quiet, assigned carport parking, Waterfront Views, spacious two bedroom and 2 bath, all one floor with convenient access to elevator and stairs.

Hall bathroom hosts a walk-in shower with sliding doors, vanity and comfort height toilet and lighting. A full size bathroom. Hairdryer available in each bathroom.

2nd bedroom (two, twin size beds), night stand with dresser, wall sconces, large closet and attached powder room with a pocket door (vanity, large mirror, comfort height toilets and sconce lighting), ceiling fan, dresser and chair services.

Family room is open concept, stylish, comfortable, Tommy Bahama furniture and local art, beach theme throughout our home with couch, entertainment center, 55 QLED, Samsung, Smart TV, Xfinity cable, comfortable reclining couch and chairs, ottoman, ceiling fan, lamps, with dinning room, table and open concept, gourmet, full size kitchen. Family room also has floor to ceiling large glass sliding doors with curtains and shears that lead out onto the private balcony/lanai from living room and slider from King bedroom that when left open allows the sea breezes to permeate the unit. Our unit is fully stocked and routinely updated with everything you'll need whether you are staying for a week or month(s) in SW Florida. There is plenty to do, see and even more to eat. Naples has over 700 restaurants with variety and a-lot of flavor. Pickleball, tennis and basketball courts, parks, theaters, shops, starbucks, car shows, sun, breezes, town sponsored events, beaches, Have fun, relax, restore and escape the winter.

Each bedroom has it's own smart tv, wall mounted with Comcast remote for ease in viewing. We enjoy the town from our central 'Olde Naples' location within walking, biking and vehicle distance to shops, salons, Starbucks, tennis courts, golf, restaurants, theaters, art studios, parks, beaches, pool/hot tub, boating, mall, zoo, botanical gardens, airport, etc.

All windows are new from successful completion of 2024 structural project which also renewed building walkways, railings, freshly painted with new awnings installed. Our condo private lanai was reframed with new screens installed. We have a motorized storm shutter for the lanai to stay dry during the Floridian storms. BeauMer is truly The Diamond of Olde Naples allowing quick, easy, custom, no contact access to Southwest Florida.

Relax on the screened lanai (highly coveted spot) with water views including wildlife and boats, or enjoy the living room with the Xfinity/Alexa music playing while you read a favorite book with Fresh, Floridian breezes wafting into the room. Comcast Cable Television and Strong, Private, Wi-fi Signal - Watch Cable/stream your favorite television show while you enjoy appetizer's you prepared in the fully stocked kitchen after a day in the sun.

Newly renovated and stocked, full size kitchen equipped with Samsung oven/ 5 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, etc. It is your choice to eat in, grill at one of BeauMer's, private, stocked grill areas, bake your favorite goodies or visit a soon to be favorite local restaurant. Our kitchen will allow you be the chef of your choice. Fully stocked, Keurig, coffee maker, dishes, kitchenaide mixer, bake and grill ware,

BeauMer has a private, Fall 2024 updated pool and spa. The pool is salt water and the spa is chlorinated. The pool furniture has been refreshed sporting chairs and loungers or variety of heights as well as table and chairs. Area is surrounded by Palm trees which are light up with white lights creating an evening shared ambiance.

Our unit and the community is furnished with all the amenities to allow you to plan, rest, relax and rejuvenate between our great Naples Beach, Park, boating, shopping, water and pool vacation excursions. Pack up a picnic lunch in a provider cooler and head to the beach or walk across the street and rent a boat for a picnic on a sand bar island or cove restaurant where you can tie up your boat and enjoy a quality meal in a restaurant along the Southwest Florida waterways.

If captaining a boat is not for you, but you want to be on the water, make a reservation on the Naples, Princess ship within walking distance of BeauMer for a lunch, dinner or sunset cruise.

There are so many activities to choose. I always advocate shopping and nail salons should be considered activities too. Tour 3rd Avenue, 5th Avenue, Waterside Shops, Coastland, etc. Then later you can take in a play/show in the surrounding live or movie theaters or plan to go to a comedy show. My family was adventurous and took an airboat ride out amongst the everglades. It was not only fun and educational but had excitement. No one was harmed and everyone said they would go again.

City of Naples hosts several activities to enjoy as well - such as the Art shows in the park, Corvette Car shows or you can travel North for the Airman shows where they bring in planes from decades past and present for an up close and personal visit.

Further, after a day(s) at the beach, boating or pool, walk downtown for shopping, dinner/takeout. Come back to the unit to relax, unwind, enjoy a beverage on the lanai with snacks prepared in the kitchen. I like to wake up and have my morning coffee as I sit on the lanai and breath in the fresh air and start my day.

Our unit comes with a unit assigned, covered garage parking on the ground floor of the building. You will always have a space for your onsite vehicle to park with ease.

We enjoy meeting new people and providing them a home to make memories with their families and friends.
