Stayed Jun 16, 2024We had a very nice time at Indian Beach but there were some issues with this property that perspective vacationers should be aware. 1. Communications with the owner were a challenge. We did not receive check in information late on the evening before we were to check in.

Stayed Aug 14, 2024Great beach view and access! Condo overlooks the pool/beach and is minutes away from sand. Be aware of need to take your own sheets and towels, as well as paper goods. The host was easily accessible and check-in was effortless. We would stay in this condo again.

Stayed Jun 23, 2023Great place to stay. We have never stayed at summer winds and we’re very impressed. The security was actively checking cars, and were around the pools etc. the pools were cleaned, and this condo is in a great location. We could see our grandson in the pool from the patio and also a great view of the beach. perfect birthday for my grandson and the condo was very spacious and clean. We would definitely rent again!
