Beautiful oceanfront resort with all the amenities

The host was excellent.

It was quiet, close to the pool & beach. We enjoyed the pool every day. We would then take a drive in the afternoon. The unit is fully stocked with everything you need and more. Beach chairs were too low for us to use as we are in our 70’s but do not have a problem bringing our own. We will definitely be going back! Thank you Jeff & Nancy!!!

The condo was very nice and modern. Unit was very clean and well supplied with all the essentials needed. The condo community is top grade. Beautiful pools golf course and on the beach.

My wife and I try to get down to Ocean Village once a year / once every couple of years. This stay was fantastic as always! Jeff, the condo owner, continues to make sure we're well taken care of. He communicates before arrival, once or twice during the stay and after checkout. He's always available and is quick to solve any issues! The condo is perfect and clean! Thank you Jeff for making sure it remains clean! Anything anyone could want to enjoy a stay, you'll find here. All sorts of sporting equipment to participate in any of the activities around the property are here too! It really is a great condo and the owners clearly take pride in keeping it up-to-date and comfortable, which just ensures a stress free vacation for those staying here. We'll be back!!

We love April there, the new pool area is wonderful. We didn't have internet the last few days, think it was Ocean Village problem, otherwise, everything great.

OV713 was a wonderful unit in Ocean Village. The amenities both inside and out were much appreciated and enjoyed. All the little extras provided were perfect. We took advantage of many of the activities including golf, pools, bingo, euchre, trivia, restaurant, and of course, the beach. Jeff was a very accommodating and considerate host, checking on us several times throughout our month’s stay. Beautiful villa in Ocean Village which has all the amenities i.e. gilf tennis, pickleball, beach and good restaurants/bar. Jeff and Nancy are great host. Hope to visit again next year.

Great location on Hutchinson Island, there is golf, tennis, swimming and even the beach just steps from the front door. The property has everything we needed, we felt right at home. The owner, Jeff was fantastic with his communication! We look forward to staying at this property again in the future.

Very nice, spacious condo at a great location. Easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed biking and kayaking in the area. Jeff, the owner, was very helpful and quick to respond to messages.

Per usual, this condo, Jeff and Nancy always deliver. We've stayed here multiple times and obviously love it. The unit is always clean and well stocked with everything you need for a perfect getaway! Every time we come back, you can see that they continue to tweaking and making small improvements to make the stay as welcoming and as comfortable as possible. Things are always just a little bit better since the last visit. This time was no different. If you're looking for a host that cares about you and the quality of your vacation, this is the place for you. Again, we greatly appreciate Jeff and Nancy and love this condo and we'll be back soon!!
