Beautiful Oceanfront Condo - UPDATED 2023

This is our third time staying at this condo, and we always have a great time! This condo has everything you need, and the updated decor looks very nice! You can't get much closer to the beach than this, and Fran is a wonderful host!

We both enjoyed our entire stay, the location is great with beautiful views especially from the oceanfront balcony. Communication with the host ( Frances )was exceptional. We would stay again.

Fran was great to communicate with and was very accommodating. Space was just right for our family of four. This was our third time to North Topsail and have loved it every time. We enjoyed watching the dolphins almost every morning. Loved staying in a unit that had a dishwasher and washer & dryer. Bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of dishes and linens. We look forward to our next visit.

Excellent, as always. We've stayed at this unit for many years. The place was clean and well stocked with pots/pans/plates etc. The AC works fine and the beach is right there!

Quiet laid back area with a great beach. Condo was nice and very adequate for our needs. The view from the balcony was so relaxing and beautiful. Communication with the owner was helpful and timely.

We had an amazing weekend! This beach front condo was perfect with an amazing view. Loved sitting on the deck in the mornings watching the sunrise to the evenings watching the sunset and listening to the waves. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to get away and relax at the beach.

We were the first renters in a bit and the place had been closed up so it took a bit to air it out and get the humidity down to pleasant level. Not the landlords fault and we may be extra sensitive but the sheets and blankets were extraordinarily strong frangranced. We washes them in our own detergent and they were better. Again not their fault but the hurricanes have ravaged the beach and for significant portions of the day there is zero beach but when the tide goes out it is wonderful. We were content to watch dolphins from the amazing balcony and walk the neach at low tide. The owner is super responsive!

This condo,outstanding on its own merit, is located just across the street from the Tiki Bar, the best place to bring in the new year!

This was our second stay with Fran and it was just as good as the first time. We feel very at home here and hope to stay again in the future.

Host ways to work with and organized . Loved the ocean front view and patio area . Coastal erosion has impacted the area from when I was there 28 years ago so no access to beach ftom there but beaches only a short drive away so didn’t bother me .

Ok great view. Needs a deep clean

We had another Great week as always! We have stayed here ,twice a year for several years.We just love the owner of this property and call her friend! She always makes sure that you’re comfortable, and will take care of any unforeseen problems right away! I love having a washer and dryer in the unit and the new walk in shower! We love coming here year after year ! See you in the fall Fran!
