Beautiful Oceanfront 3-Bedroom Condo within walking distance to the Boardwalk

The condo was fantastic. It was just as described. The host was excellent. We had a great time visiting my son and his family. We will definitely try to rent this property again next year. Thanks so much Angie!!

Exactly what was described. A wonderful location with everything you need for a great beach trip with the family.

Nice furnishings. Beds very comfortable. Very close to beach & pool. Great area. Parking was terrible.

A very smooth process from start to finish! Angie was amazing! We only had a few question; but, she responded quickly and very pleasantly. We felt so welcomed! This place had everything we needed! The kitchen was stocked for any occasion. I forgot to sign the book; but, I would have said THANK YOU! One of our best beach trips because it felt like home!

Nice place

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Angie’s condo. Everything was clean and looked exactly as advertised. Beach was just steps away and the boardwalk was a short walk down the road. Would stay here again!

The property was as advertised and a nice property. Directly beside public beach access and a nice little pool. The only downside worth noting is the parking is the worse. You will spend your time letting people out or struggling to slide in the parking slots. While the host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. We were charged 100 for being 35 minutes past check out time. I do not dispute being late or have a problem with there being a fee accessed. I do feel 100 is excessive for the time we were late completely vacating the house. Most likely won’t stay again only because of parking, neighbor quality is a gamble( the guest on top of us ran from one end of unit to other starting at 7am and guest on top of the pool unnecessarily accosted our kids) and the excessive fees. But location and house itself were nice.

The property is updated and very clean. The location was easy walking distance to the boardwalk area and restaurants. Parking was not an issue for us but if you have a larger vehicle or stay on a busy weekend it might cause some hassle. Overall a nice stay! The manger was extremely quick to respond and help through any questions.

Great location, nicely decorated, niece rented unit above and nephew unit next door. Kitchen well stocked. Spent time on the beach and the deck. Walking distance to boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Conveniently located near a very nice Publix.

Great time at this beautiful beach home! Very accommodating and the owner was very easy to contact and responsive to any questions. There was a group of 10 of us and we all enjoyed our stay very much. We never had to drive because everything was within walking distance. Beach front made our time on the beach very nice.

The condo was a great place to enjoy Carolina Beach. The inside was clean and comfortably decorated, and the balcony was large with a great view of the beach. The beach access was very close and easy to use. Location was just a short walk to the boardwalk and many other restaurants/attractions.

The inside is very nice. plenty of room. it appeared to be newly renovated. the location is great. On the beach and close to boardwalk. the outside looks older as do a lot in the area but inside was great. and affordable.

This was the perfect spot for a last minute escape from reality! The location, the amenities and communication with the owner could not have been better! I am making this a must for out next trip to this area.

We had a great stay on the beach! The condo was clean and well stock. Directions on parking and how to get in was easy to follow. The only thing I would recommend would be tumblers with lids and perhaps a couple beach towels. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Great location, good layout condo with beachfront & pool access for families. We had kids (1-6) so worked out great with beach gear & location. Kitchen was fully stocked so that was great to prepare meals. Similar to other reviews, parking is a little tricky & tight but we managed nicely with our neighbors. We loved the main balcony but had slight issue with 3rd level neighbors spitting peanuts shells down onto 2nd & 1st level street side balcony (beyond host control). The use of the stick vacuum after meal times & trips back from beach was great since we’re no shoes in the house type of family. Host was great communicator!

Super clean and lots of space for our college aged sons to stay with us. Right on the ocean is a great place to stay to see/hear the waves. Pool was nice. Walking distance to restaurants/boardwalk. Owner extremely responsive.
