Stayed Feb 5, 2026We had a beautiful time during our visit. The location has a beautiful view of the ocean and fit our needs well. We did not use any of the beach supplies as the weather was very cool during our stay but they had everything you could need to spend time enjoying the beach. Location is close to shopping and many restaurants. Host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Stayed Jan 17, 2026We had a nice stay in January 2026. The condos views are amazing and the wrap around veranda is wonderful. When we were there, it was slightly chilly from a low of 26 to a high (just barely) of 67. So the porch was wonderful to sit with a blanket wrapped around. We were able to see both the sunrise and the sunset. The sofa was not comfortable, and the technology in the condo is lacking. If you need to download anything- pictures movie, website etc. The Internet speed is slow. My husband tested it at 177MBPS was its highest.There were a few things that we would have liked to have had a clock, an outdoor thermometer, a pair of tongs in the kitchen, a pizza cutter. Small, simple, little details that would’ve made it better.Overall, our stay was enjoyable. Renee, the property manager was on top of and took care of any issues we had.

Stayed Nov 24, 2025301 Beachdrifter is a fabulous apartment. The wraparound balcony has both shade and sun all day and the uninterrupted views of the beach and ocean are beautiful.The amenities are excellent, with a well equipped kitchen, highly spec’d laundry facilities and spacious, comfortable living areas. The parking is super convenient and the location an easy walk to the pier area. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean and well presented, with plenty of linen and towels. We also appreciated the beach towels and chairs/parasols in the storage closet.Renee the manager was helpful and responsive whenever we need to contact her.We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and hope to return.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Beautiful property. Beach is not too crowded. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with a little water and coffee to get us started before our grocery run. Comfortable king bed. Pull out couch bed was creaky, but tired young kids probably wouldn’t mind. Lots of places to hang wet things - very helpful. Will definitely be back.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025We stayed for three nights and had dinners in Neptune Beach (8 minutes away) and Jax Beach (3.5 blocks). What I'm saying is, the location is convenient to lots of restaurants. Also, easy beach access, great pool, and all you need to enjoy the ocean. Quick and easy communication with the property manager. Would definitely come back.

Stayed May 22, 2024Host was very nice and communicated great. I had messed up the reservation and at the last day she really helped me out and we checked in a day early. The unit was super clean and perfect for a couple and also could add in a kid or two. Pool looked like it was recently renovated and very nice. Close to a bunch of restaurants and right the beach with a great view! Really a great stay!
