The condo has been professionally decorated and is a spacious 1600+ square feet. The building has 24 units, anelevator, and private pool. Elevator and pool are maintained by building management. This condo unit does not have security cameras but the condominium building has security cameras at main entry points, property lines, and in the parking garage.

Some of our continuous updates to the property include: September 2016 - new paint, furniture, appliances, custom window treatments & bedding. Spring 2018 - new hard surface flooring. Dec 2022 - all new mattresses & box springs. 2024 - upgraded size of all TVs, new microwave and light fixtures, new outdoor dining set seats 4, new custom zinc topped solid wood dining table seats up to 8! 2025 - new dishwasher and new Speed Queen washing machine. 2026 - complete pool renovation.

* Master Bedroom - King bed with Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid mattress, TV, closet, and attached bath with oversized tub and separate shower. Master bedroom also has a gorgeous ocean view with sliding glass door access to the large balcony!
* 2nd BR - Queen bed with Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid mattress, TV, dresser, closet, attached bath with shower and tub.
* 3rd BR - 2 twin beds with Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses, TV, closet, attached bathroom with shower and tub.
* Queen fold out sofa bed in the living room
Beautiful Lexington furniture, hard surface flooring, and lots of storage enhance each bedroom. We keep the condo furnished with quality linens - soft fluffy bath towels, cozy blankets, and high thread count sheets. Just bring your beach towel!

The living room has two sofas (one with a queen sofa bed), coffee table, TV with DVD player and DVDs, games and puzzles, a stunning ocean view, and the sounds of the ocean to relax you at the end of the day on the spacious balcony!

The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with all the cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, serving dishes, and utensils you will need! The kitchen features a variety of small appliances including drip coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, Belgian waffle maker, blender, KitchenAid stand mixer, hand held mixer, and immersion blender for your enjoyment as well as the standard large appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and full sized refrigerator. The washer and dryer are in a separate room off the kitchen.

We have added many details to the condo to make it comfortable for families traveling with children. We have kids’ toys, books, puzzles, games, DVDs, and items for the beach and pool. The kitchen features children’s plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and bibs, as well as a bottle drying rack and bottle warmer. A Graco convertible highchair and booster as well as an Oxo Tot booster are available for dining and an Ingenuity Playard is available for sleep.

Booked guests will receive reservation and property information to their provided email address and are required to confirm agreement with our policies to proceed with their reservation. No third party bookings allowed.
