Great location easy access to car and beach!!! Easy check in. Totally enjoyed the condo nicely done. Our host was an email away... didn’t need to contact except to thank him!!

Dirty, shower curtain had mold. Bed linens dirty. We purchased new shower liner and blanket. Washed quilt in bedroom turned white compared to shams. Master bed linens dirty and sheets did not feel clean. We did not receive the code to the room before hand. Contact Philip Whitaker and informed him. We were told we would be reimbursed for a portion of the room which did not happen. We were imbursted 30 for blanket and shower curtain. Very disapointed he did not follow on what he said. Bedroom light was broke and no bulb.

The unit was very clean and up to date. Communication with the host was excellent. The view of the beach and ocean were wonderful--and it helped that the weather was perfect while we were there. We had a great time and deeply appreciate the hospitality of the host.

Was the perfect spot to be on the beach. Easy access to stores and restaurants. The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen needs.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the view was stunning. The location couldn't have been better, truly top-notch. It was the perfect fit for our family of four.The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and the master closet had a generous supply of beach gear, including an umbrella, chairs, and floats. One of the biggest surprises was the spacious balcony, complete with plenty of comfortable seating options, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.Toward the end of our stay, we unexpectedly experienced car trouble the night before check-out and went into full panic mode. We reached out to Phillip, the owner, to explain our situation. Without hesitation, he checked his calendar and, thankfully, there were no guests arriving the next day. He kindly allowed us to stay well past the check-out time while we waited for our car to be repaired.We are so grateful for Phillip’s compassion and understanding during a stressful time. Thank you, Phillip! You truly went above and beyond and we will be back!

Wonderful place to stay, plenty of space, great communication from the owner. Plenty of furniture on the patio for a family to sit and enjoy the view. Everything is up to date, beds are comfortable, thoroughly enjoyed this home. Would come back again without a second thought.

The property is well located next to the beach and restaurants. The view from the balcony was awesome at anytime of day. The property was very clean, had plenty of towels, eating utensils, and chairs for the beach which was very accommodating. Covered parking garage was easily accessible. Very happy with the stay and would reserve this property if and when we return to Destin.

Everything was great, with the exception of the TV service, I spent about six hours trying to get the COX service to work properly, The account number on the instructions was incorrect, I wrote down the correct account number on the instruction sheet at the condo.

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. The location was great, and we enjoyed the views of the beach and ocean.

Great location. Could use some updating and kitchen could be better stocked. Only 3 wineglasses, no crockpot. When we were checking out housekeeping showed up early and rushed us out.

Our family had a wonderful, relaxing time. The condo was gorgeous inside. The condo was clean, in a great location. Lots of fun shopping and dining close by. Parking was easy and secure. A great time was had by all.

We absolutely loved everything about this property. The view is amazing, the location of the condo is perfect for heading to the beach or just hanging out on the balcony. The property was just as described, there are several restaurants within walking distance. We had a great week and are already planning a trip back next year.

This room at Majestic Sun was wonderful. It was clean and comfortable and well-equipped. The amenities were great--especially the pool area--and the view and access to the beach were fantastic.

We have stayed in several condos at Majestic Sun. This location is one of our favorites. Close proximity to the beach.

This was our first time to Destin area. Our family had such a wonderful time!!! The location is AWESOME! I’d bring a wagon, beach chairs and an umbrella. The condo was super clean and everything provided. They do state in advance to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. They give you a starter pack. The host is very friendly and responds within minutes with any questions. We had no issues, just a fabulous time. Would definitely rent this place again if we come back to the area.

It was awesome! Very clean and spacious. Loved the location, the balcony, the view, the pool..... absolutely everything. Will definitely go back again!

My husband and I stayed with my 83 year old mom and 15 year old son. This was a perfect location and accommodation for all ages! Located just across the road from the beach, it’s just a quick walk to the sand. There is plenty of comfy seating on the balcony to enjoy a perfect view. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds are comfy. Minimal wear and tear to the furniture, as expected. Owner was very responsive to questions and pleasant to speak with. In 25 years of vacationing in the gulf, this was our favorite rental ! We will definitely be back again!
