The host was extremely accommodating. Everything was as advertised in the pictures. The kitchen was stocked for what we needed.I’m only docking because the heat/AC unit in the main room didn’t work. So we had to crank the heat up in the bedrooms so the living room would be warm.Also, worth notating is the parking. I know it mentions it in the posting but it was tiny. The ceiling was a little over 6 ft. The parking spot is between the wall and a post so everyone had to get out and the driver park. Wasn’t a big deal for us as it wasn’t a busy time of year and we have a smaller SUV. I don’t think a larger SUV like a Yukon could fit in the spot so I wanted to notate to others.

A decent place. Many things not as described. Parking in a tiny space where side mirrors had to be folded so they didn’t hit post or railing. Security a little difficult to manage.Still, not a bad place overall.

Beach view great, shops and food nearby. Parking was not the best because of the size of my vehicle (SUV)

Nicely decorated and furnished. Not to close to the large amount of beach visitors for the 4th of July weekend. Friendly staff and convenient parking with in walking distance to several shops.

The location, cleanliness and size are spot on. The beds were very comfortable and there are extra linens (it was cold during our week). Great view of sunrise, surfing and dolphins! Close to great restaurants and the boardwalk is a great way to start your day!There was no welcome package, but the parking pass was easily accessible. I recommend new cushions for the living room furniture as the current ones were very uncomfortable.

This is a beautiful condo on Virginia Beach. A great location right on the beach, the boardwalk and easy access to the major roadways to get to any where in the area. Simone was great to work with. She gave us clear and easy to understand directions and communications throughout our arrival and stay. Check in and check out was smooth and easy.

Our condo was great. The owner was quick with responses and very helpful.The only reason I did not give this place 5 stars was personal preference of the condo. the living room wall had 3 panels of floor to ceiliong mirrors - instead of a mural, picture or just a blank wall. I do not like looking at myself sitting on the couch watching TV or relaxing on my vacation.

The bedrooms are very large with a nice bathroom. There is no counterspace in bathroom to set toiletries on. Next time i will bring a small tote to carry to bathroom and leave on dresser. Not a real problem. Beautiful views from all rooms. Kitchen is small. No place to set anything, groceries etc.just enough to prep food etc. We had totes we sorted into and kept on floor. There would be room for a shelf of some sort for this. There is a big closet, would make a great pantry near kitchen. The condo was clean. Everything worked! Great communication with owner. We could not have asked for more! We were totally happy wii

The property we stayed in was great. We love the location because it is out of the way of the hustle and bustle. It is easy to get around on the Wave. Recommended. Thank you. d on on the Wave.

The oceanfront condo at Virginia Beach was a wonderful place to stay. It was particularly nice that both bedrooms were oceanfront. The kitchen was very good to work in as we ate in several times. It even had sharp knives! The weather for our “beach vacation” was unfortunately icy cold so we couldn’t enjoy the beach, but we had front row seats for a Monster Truck Jam that was very fun to watch from inside the condo. The beds were very comfortable. There were a couple of, not really problems, but inconveniences. The floor of the walk-in shower is very slippery. We put a towel down on the shower floor and that eliminated the problem, but the first person to use the shower almost took a tumble. Also, a couple of the cute area rugs looked like they could use a good cleaning. Overall, the unit was clean and well-maintained. Lastly, it was a disappointment that the linens were not included in the cost of the unit, but were available for an extra charge. This is not a complaint about the unit, but I find it very frustrating that the price quoted for our week long stay, did not the required VRBO administrative fee, the condo fee, cleaning deposit and optional linen charge, I wish the original price quote for all the VRBO vacation rentals was more realistic of the actual cost and would have included the linens and other fees. Again, this is a frustration of the VRBO app, not of this specific condo. We would stay in this unit again.

the condo was perfect for our family. Our only negative was the weekend we arrived there was a music festival on the beach in front of the condo that limited our access to the beach.
