Stayed Jul 7, 2025I had a great stay at this property in July of 2025. Very clean and just as described. Also, the unit is very well equipped. Nothing was lacking as far as kitchen equipment or linens. Recommended!

Stayed Mar 18, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Landings It was great to have a pool/hot tub on the premises. The people in the unit above us were quite noisy at times. Not much you can do about that! Most people were very polite except for the crabby guy down by the grills. Oh well. We met some really nice people as well. We are thinking of returning next year!

Stayed Feb 19, 2024It was our first time spending a month on vacation. We had a great stay. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. It's centrally located for easy access to both the Atlantic coast and the Gulf coast.It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It had plenty of space for just the two of us. There was access to the river and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Feb 10, 2024Perfect condo, centrally located, friendly neighbors and Erin was awesome to make sure we had everything we need! Would highly recommend for a couple travelling in the area. This place is a gem in my opinion! Parking was easy, access was easy, had eveything we needed! Thank you for letting us stay here!
