We had a wonderful time. Communication was great and check in went smoothly. Very clean and comfortable condo with fun decor. Convenient parking and well lit. Even though it was the middle of September we did use the pool and had a fun time. We had everything we needed in the condo. A grocery store right out our back door for convenience. We were a few minutes walk to the boardwalk and right in the middle of everything going on. Donut shop and coffee right around the corner. Plenty of shops to poke your head in. We definitely want to come back and stay again.

Location is great, condition of apartment great, communication with owner was solid. Perfect for our family. Place as described and would definitely rent there again in the future.

Property was centrally located, just 1.5 blocks from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and eateries within walking distance. Condo building was immaculately clean, unit was quiet, well equipped, spotless with charming terrace to have coffee and plan your day. Pool was clean and inviting. We had a very nice stay! Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to the beach (2 -3 blocks). Quiet area. Parking accessible .

This place is obviously older but everything was clean and we were able to be close to the ocean and the trolly and directly beside a large grocery store.

Very comfortable and accommodating. Great location! Pool was clean and AC was nice and cold. :)

Everything from location to communication, cleanliness, everything was very easy to access any questions i had , my host responded imstantly to help. I would highly highly recommend staying here if on any type of vacation it was a great balance of fun and relaxation!

I was here for quite awhile when I was in between stations, and it had everything I needed. The stocked kitchen, laundry in-unit, and location was perfect for me. Simone was very communicative and helpful, and he readily answered any questions I had. If you want to be in oceanfront, this is a great place to be; short walk from the beach and a few good spots nearby. When I arrived the place was clean and neat, no complaints. Thanks for everything!

There are some great things about the property, including 1) Location is amazing! You will be a couple of short blocks from the beach, across the street from the grocery store, and short, walkable distances to shops, restaurants & bars. Couldn't be beat! 2) Condo buildling is clean and in working order, including the pool. That is not a small thing! 3) Plus all the amenities listed like a washer and dryer.... Areas that led to a 4/5 instead of 5/5: 1) Kitchen is understocked on some functional essentials, like a couple of decent knives, peeler, rubber spatula, dishtowels, among other items. Probably 10+ regular knives, for example, but we had to use the steak knives with serrated edges to cut because none of the others were sharp enough to, say, cut a zucchini or cheese. Lots of certain other items, like multiple colanders. So, a hodge podge. Not the end of the world. If we were to rent again, we would just bring a box of kitchen items. 2) No food storage space in the kitchen. Every cabinet is full (but, as stated in #1, with a lot of odds and ends). 3) So many knicknacks that we had to move them to use spaces, like countertops. If it was a bigger place, not a big deal, but space is limited.
