Beautiful Inviting Condo in Heart of Santa Fe

Pros:Location: you can walk to the Railyard and Town SquareWell equipped kitchenCons: Dirty carpet, dirty grout in bathrooms, no food on downstairs “bedroom”This house setup is fine for a family with a lot of children or singles, but not for couples.

This was a perfect setup for five ladies. The location worked for us. We ate in a couple nights and had breakfast in several days, the kitchen is well equipped. The unit backs up to a major thoroughfare and when outside you can hear the traffic. There are sound machines in each bedroom, they helped a lot with the traffic noise at night. We enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect home for our Santa Fe girls trip! Definitely walking distance to the rail yard and probably to parts of the plaza too, but we chose to take an uber on our plaza visits. We found the home to be super comfortable and for the four of us more than enough beds for us each to have a good nights sleep. It would also be a great home for a family with 2-4 kids. I highly recommend Santa Fe and this home for a wonderful vacation.

It was a lovely home where we enjoyed recovering after our tours of Santa Fe.

Went for a girls weekend to celebrate all of us turning 60. The location is great as it's near the plaza and the railyard.The condo is located 1 block from a major road, so the traffic can get a bit loud. The accommodations are nice, however, the roof leaked after a rainstorm. Also found some hair in a bathroom at the start of our visit.

Check in was extremely easy. Very good communication and with the property manager.

We enjoyed the property, but the air conditioning unit failed during the first night. The property manager worked hard on solving the problem, but to no avail. He did arrange for us to have a different condo with functioning air conditioning. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Ruth's was perfect for our four days in Santa Fe. It was close to all that we visited and toured.

This is a beautiful home! Very well stocked with everything you need. The parking is tight. Unfortunately, the rental car company thought they were doing me a favor and upgraded my car to a large SUV so I had difficulty parking in my assigned spot, but I made it. If I come back to SantaFe I will look to rent this home again!

Very short walking to the Railyard and an extra 20 minutes walk to the plaza, so you can skip the stress of finding a parking spot in SF.The house is very comfortable, the kitchen is very equipped and there are plenty of blankets to keep you warm during the cold SF winter. The parking space is quite small and you need some coordination to fit two cars.

House is well stocked for a nice thanksgiving meal. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper

The accommodations were excellent for Santa Fe and the surrounding area. The property management was wonderful to work with and responsive to questions. Beautifully appointed home with excellent location! Highly recommended by all parties.

kitchen utensils and skillets need attention, maybe more silverware,saw ants by stove, oven temp was maybe off. Thanks for a peaceful stay Paul

We found this property comfortable, clean and convenient to all the things we wanted to do (eat and shop). Very nicely decorated, a lot of outdoor patios to enjoy and comfortable beds and furniture. Condo was very spacious! Tight parking spaces - we had 2 mid-size SUVs but we made it work. Only suggestion we have is for clearer instructions for TV. Instructions on TV were not current as the TV was a LG and instructions were for a Samsung TV. We never were able to connect to the cable/Xfinity channels. We made do with the LG channels which were 24/7 of old sitcoms and series. We made do with watching the Nashville series. :) All in all, very lovely condo and would recommend to other travelers.

This property was an absolute perfect choice for a ladies weekend getaway! Everything was in perfect order. Furnishings and decor are comfortable and charming. Bedding and towels are excellent quality and instant hot water on cool mornings was a nice surprise. We didn’t really utilize the kitchen but it was very well equipped should you desire to cook meals. I would highly recommend this home!

Great stay. Property in a great location within walking distance to most of town

Very clean, well appointed and close to everything! We had a car, but you could walk, if needed. Also, try the honey shop down the road- amazing!!

This property was perfect for!! The owner was sooo accommodating in terms of check-in/check-out. We had a family of remote workers for a couple of days of the trip and she was very accommodating. Beds and furniture was so comfortable and we loved the patio spaces. Love the art and decor throughout and had plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Had EVERYTHING we needed throughout the property for the perfect stay. Will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Very comfortable, convenient location, well equipped.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this condo. It is perfect for a family or four girlfriends who were celebrating entering law school 44 years ago. The decorations are a delight-art, statues, all lovely touches. Kitchen ver good and stocked well. Incredible location-walkable to the Railyard-don’t miss the farmers’ market there, as well as down town. We’ll never stay anywhere else in Santa Fe.
