Stayed May 1, 2025Overall a very positive experience. Owners Gail and Peter were available and helpful. Balcony facing beach was the best part. Nice views of beach and sunsets. Easy beach access a 1/4 mile walk across sand. Accommodations were VG. We used the pool once or twice in our month stay. The only negatives were: 1.) that we had to park outside instead of in the garage. Sun gets blazing hot!! 2.) no smart TV’s

Stayed Apr 1, 2024After 33 years at Clearwater Sand Key, we spent our vacation in a different apartment for the first time. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment and the area around it and felt very, very comfortable from the very first minute. The apartment is perfectly furnished, every little detail has been lovingly selected and arranged - nothing was missing. Should we get the chance to spend our vacation again next year in the same place, in the same apartment, our decision would have been made today: YES.
