Stayed Jul 12, 2025Sofa bed needs a new mattress, bathtubs don’t drain properly. Tennis/pickleball courts need lighting so you can play after 8 pm. Towel and linen service was great. Awesome view. Kitchen was fully stocked. Elevator was a little far from the unit. We will visit again

Stayed Dec 28, 2024This was our first time in Destin, FL and it was excellent. The Condo was in a perfect location and our condo has the best view and location on the property. Clean felt safe and very roomy for what we needed. Would definitely come back to this property.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024Great area yet close to everything. Check in was easy and early. Loved the shopping carts they provide to cart all your stuff because the walk was quite away from the elevator to the unit. Decor was cute, master bed comfortable, but spare bed hard. Didn’t use the sofa sleeper. Kitchen was well equipped.Coffee makes used basket filters, don’t forget them. Frig front door was rusted as some other metal parts probably due to the salt air. Cleanliness’s could have been a bit better. Could use a new paint job and baseboards were very dirty. Understand as a rental it gets a lot of use, but a good deep clean would help. Saying this we loved the unit and would return again. Plenty of room, but Cox internet was intermittent at times. No connect the first day there.

The decor was cute. The cleanliness was not what it should have been. The hard surfaces had not been wiped down. There was dust all over the lamps, hanging light fixtures and vents. The walls and doors had stuff that also should have been wipes down. Otherwise, it had a great view of the ocean and was convenient to the stairs going to the parking lot and beach.
