Stayed Nov 2, 2024We got there the location is actually a little hard to understand, but we found it. The house is not the cleanest. It smelt like it was moldy. There was no coffee cups for the coffee. There was a roll and a half of toilet paper no hot water in the one shower and the other shower wouldn’t turn on at all. One towel and one washcloth and one bathroom Two washcloths two towels and the other bathroom the beds were very nice and clean, but overall not what I’m used to there was no book to tell us places to eat close to us it was not very clean. Just disappointed in the overall stay of the home. Definitely need some work.

Stayed Apr 13, 2024Overall stay was good! Communication with property owner was good. Easy fast check in. The condo was a little dirty, shower tub in master dirty, stained, and some soap scum buildup. Didn’t provide enough towels or washcloths for number of people or nights. Never found any extra blankets or pillows. The smoke detector was chirping when we arrived had to replace the battery twice during our stay. The condo had a bad smell (thinking it was neighbors up above). Location was great and central to food/shopping/Fort Eustis which is why we were there.
