Stayed Jun 22, 2026Property is great, condo is stocked well, linens, towels, and beds are good quality and made stay very comfortable. The only thing I would recommend to owner is to update air conditioner to a mini split for better cool air coverage and efficiency. The property manager was always responsive and accommodating to all requests. Will return next year and definitely stay here if condo is available.

Stayed Feb 5, 2026Great communication with the host. There were a few service issues and they were addressed right away. The location is ideal. We were talking distance from the heart of Kona. Safeway was 5 minutes away and Target was 8 minutes the other way. Kona Brewing Co.is close by, featuring growlers to take home and great food. Casago had an empty growler under tge sink for refilling. The condo is cosy. Sunsey was announced by people blowing conch shells. We looked former to that every night.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025Tired, run down property. Many lack of maintenace issues really influnced our stay. This is our fourth time at this property and while we will return to Kona Reef. we will not stay in C22

Stayed May 3, 2025This condo had a fantastic location. The condo was simple but adequate. My husband loved the large TV. And our view was wonderful! Our one complaint would be the bed. It was not very comfortable.

Stayed Apr 28, 2025Trying to check in was terrible. We had no code and could not get anyone on the phone. Kurt, the property manager. Who doesn’t even manage this property, was wonderful and tried to help every way he could. Once in the place was great!

Stayed Mar 9, 2025This was a great location, up keep of pool and grounds was well cared for. We loved that they had lots a beach equipment for use. Also, the blender was moldy and they replaced it with a new one that same day. Could use an up grade on the bed and USB ports.
