Beautiful condo overlooking Niagara Falls state park

Was a beautiful condo!

The online pictures dont do justice to how spacious this place is. Loved the walkability to the state park

Clean room, but parking for checking in is almost none existing with only two spots.

Our stay at this condominium was just magnificent. It was much larger than we thought. The views all around of Niagara Falls were just spectacular from this 15th floor gem. It was very comfortable and had plenty of everything we needed to make our stay just a great time over Spring break. Thank you to Lenny for hosting us, we would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to go visit the spectacular Niagara Falls area.

It was great!

This has to be the best vrbo in Niagra. We pulled in after dark and got right into our room. But after my eyes adjusted, we realized the river is rushing over the American falls right out the window. The hotel building is loaded with details from when it was built, it's a work of art. The condo is amazing, it's huge, the bedrooms are large, bathroom is large and the main living room and kitchen is giant. Huge windows you can see almost a 360 degree view of the entire area. Parking across the street was easy. You won't find a better spot to stay!

The apartment was spectacular & we felt instantly at home !!! The furnishings were beautiful & fireplace fantastic!!! The surrounding windows around three sides of the apartment left us speechless!!!! Having a front row seat to the Niagara Falls & Fireworks last night is a lifetime experience we will always remember !!!! We had front row experience with Eiffel Tower & London Bridge…….Our stay here is right up there along with our other spectacular views!!!!

We had an amazing time. The views are spectacular. It was a blessing to make memories as a family. The apartment was comfortable and the best location.

The condo was AWESOME. Location was close to everything we wanted to see and the views of the rapids and fireworks was fantastic. Wish we would have been able to stay longer. The team that was working when we checked in was top notch. Helped us out with every question we had. Want to come back in the Spring/Summer so that we could do more hiking.

Thanks! Several aspects of our stay were truly remarkable. The host was incredible—super responsive and welcoming! The amenities were top-notch, especially the windows throughout, which offered stunning views of Niagara Falls, NY, and Ontario, Canada. Each evening, the fireworks from the Canadian side felt like a private show just for us. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the falls, restaurants, and the souvenir shop. I must also commend the courteous staff at the front desk and the morning buffet. Honestly, the entire experience is something we will cherish forever.

Amazing views of Niagara Falls and Canada from our room. The room was just as described and my wife and I loved it.

The place was huge. Really spacious living room, kitchen, and 2 bed rooms. The check in was easy. The view was SO great!

Very pretty, very close to Niagra State Park. We walked everywhere. The staff was awesome.

The room was clean and spacious. The view was amazing and well worth every penny!

We really enjoyed our stay but the room was not ready when we got there. They did apologize and about 30 minutes later it was ready. Not a big issue but the property manager felt bad and offered us a voucher for food and since we were starving we gladly accepted. Beautiful views from the suite and if I ever go back I’ll stay again

We enjoyed staying at this property - spacious and comfortable and a plus that it is pet friendly. Beautiful view of the falls and fireworks at night.Hotel staff were amazing! Always had fresh coffee/ water / snacks in Lobby. Breakfast had lots of choices. Close to all attractions!

Everything was exceptional and check in for breakfast to an evening at the bar. Everybody was friendly.

They stay was great, the only negative was the outside of windows needed cleaned of spiderwebs. Great location, lots of space, we really enjoyed our stay!

A truly amazing apartment with great staff.

Great location with fantastic views. Plenty of space. However, we ended up leaving after only couple of hours as the extremely strong scent of a cleaning product used was so overwhelming it gave us migraines and we could not stay even after paying in full, it was the most expensive property in the area.

Very nice, clean, spacious. Pictures are accurate. The location was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

The condo was beautiful!! The views were awesome!! Had a great time exploring the falls area!!

The host and desk staff were excellent in setup, check-in and helping with our stay. The bedrooms were dusty. Worse, there is a spider problem. They were all over the external windows. Some on the internal windows. I had to remove two large (1-2 inches across) spiders hanging from the ceiling above the beds in both bedrooms. It was distressing because we had two young kids and I have arachnophobia.

Absolutely LOVE the setup of this condo. Walk in the door and to the right are the bedrooms and bathroom and to the left is the living room & kitchen. Super close proximity to the falls and amazing views from the room - refer to pics. Parking was close, safe & secure. Check-in and out were easy. Breakfast and staff were amazing. I was expecting the room to be cleaned during my stay (like a hotel). Beds were comfy. Overall everything was perfect. My only suggestion is to not look up. The ceilings are super high and there were spiderwebs and other debris(maybe peeling paint) up there since it's basically unreachable. Also spiderwebs in the windows and in the sitting area. My daughter called the front desk 1 night and asked them to get a spider out of her room (teenagers smh) and I spotted 1 spider in the room I stayed in. Not the end of the world & i would most definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, nice breakfast, and kickass view of the falls from our 15th floor rental. Easy to get around to shopping. Would definitely stay again when in area.

Amazing views! This property was great, very close to everything. The views are stunning, we even saw the fireworks from our window. The manager Lenny was fantastic, he worked hard to get us an early check in to set up for a friends birthday. He was very accommodating and made sure our stay was great! The only complaint we had was that AC did not work great and with the amount of windows it was warms in the main rooms. If that was fixed it would have been 5 stars!

PROs Great location! We loved watching the fireworks every night from the living room. We enjoyed the fun art nouveau style of the whole building! Delicious breakfast buffet 8-10 daily included with your stay (great perk for a vrbo) my husband and daughter used the gym and enjoyed it. All the staff we spoke to were kind & accommodating- offered up more towels ect if needed & told me we could request sheet changes but we didn’t bother because we were only there 3 nights. We were amazed how BIG it was! The beds were soft and comfy. Generous with pillows too! Our (18 & 24 yr old kids) liked the big bedroom with 2 queen beds and they could stay up late gaming on laptops together. Cons ….it was really hot (90 degrees outside) and the AC unit just couldn’t keep up with those tall ceilings, so it was uncomfortably hot and hard for us to sleep. When I told the manager, he came right away to help, which I appreciated.Also- although it’s an awesome little kitchen- it has none of the basics we are used to finding at vrbos, cling wrap, salt and pepper, tea bags, olive oil, spices, sugar, chip clips and the like…not a deal breaker, but just so you know to bring everything if you plan to cook at all. And the windows and curtains were grubby and covered with spider webs and needed cleaned(The rest of the property seemed very clean)But even saying this, we’d come again!We Recommend this property.((And Go to Savor restaurant! It was delicious!))Thank you!!

Easy check in, spacious rooms and great views! Close to everything

Super spacious and comfortable condo on 15th floor with great view of fireworks and river. Although you can't get direct view of falls from anywhere on NY side, the location is still great for walking to all the attractions, including on Canadian side. Would definitely recommend over a cramped hotel!

The property was in an excellent location with perfect view of the fireworks each night from our room!

We absolutely loved this property. The location was outstanding and convenient to everything. The staff at the front we accommodating and very professional and personable. Perfect location and nightly views

This condo us beautifully decorated with lots of space to stretch out. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was large and well equipped. I would have given 5 stars overall if not for the spiders. The large windows all had spiders and webs on the outside and we had a few spiders inside the unit. The kitchen wasn't fully equipped for people who want to cook, but we didn't anyway.

Beautiful condo with amazing views. We were able to watch the fireworks from the living room after the kids were in bed. Included breakfast and afternoon coffee/cookies in the lobby was a great perk. Location was ideal, very quick walk to the falls!

What a fun place to stay in a beautiful town. We loved the games provided and finding all the characters in the nooks and crannies around the apartment. Check in was easy and communication was smooth with property managers. Lots of places within walking distance, really a perfect location.

I liked the furnishing, the decor and the cleanliness of the appointment.I would have liked another bath (or at least half-bath) at the property as this place can house at least 4 guests and it becomes inconvinient to wait for long for the bathroom to become available.

Spacious condo, and the location was within walking distance of the Falls. Breakfast was included and housekeeping asked us if we needed anything. Niagara Falls could be seen out the window. Quite enjoyable!

This was a beautiful condo. I gave 5 stars even though there were a few things. But because to us they were not major things that affected our stay did not feel they should be deducted. We did not notify the manager. Would definitely stay again.

This place was beautiful and had amazing views!

The property was super clean, easy to access.Everyone was super friendly. Owner came out and said hi, asked how things were when we were checking in and was there when we were checking out. We stayed here because it was super close to the casino. We had tickets to a show. If the weather was nice, we would have walked but we were getting snow. It's only about two blocks away. Definitely, will stay here again if we go up that way for another show!!

We were visiting the Greater Buffal area fer an event. Lodgijg was limited and we decided to look in the Niagara Falls area. Biy are we glad that we did.. The space waa great, the staff (approximately seven dofferwnt employees) were all coordial, professional and helpful. Very pleased with the chexk in, the location, the breakfast in the mornin, the parking and more. We were able to witness world class views with stunning sunsets, amazing evwing lights, and a gorgeous sunrise all feom the comofrfort of our room. The New York State Park is down the street with amazing views of the falls, the river, and additional tours and services if desired. Definitely will recommend and return. Thank you.

The condo is beautiful with updated appliances and comfortable beds. Great location, near the state park and the casino. Convenient parking. Yummy breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Responsive owner and good communication.

This was a really nice find! It felt like we stayed in a penthouse suite! This rental is inside of a hotel and a very quick walk to the falls. There were 2 queen beds in one bedroom and 1 king in the other, with one shared bath which was perfect for our needs. It was a spacious apartment essentially with hotel amenities (there was free continental breakfast which was an added perk!) and free parking in a lot across the street. Best of all it is pet friendly so we brought our pooch along! I would stay here again in a heart beat.

This place couldn’t have been more perfect!!! The view was incredible, the residence itself was awesome. Both the teenagers and the adults on this trip loved it!!
