Beautiful Condo just steps from the pool and beach.

I had very comfortable stay. The host was wonderful!!!The condo was very clean and well stocked.

We stayed at this condo in Venice, FL for a month and had an outstanding experience. The unit was spotless on arrival, well-furnished, and fully equipped with everything we needed—from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and reliable Wi-Fi. It truly felt like home.The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the bay for sunrises, and only steps to the beach where we enjoyed swimming and stunning Gulf Coast sunsets. The pool on the property was absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and never too crowded. It was the perfect place to cool off and relax on sunny afternoons.The owner, Jim, was great to communicate with—always responsive and thoughtful. He checked in a few times during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. When we had a small issue with a leaky sink, the maintenance man, Dan, arrived in less than 30 minutes and fixed it promptly. Both Jim and Dan were professional, friendly, and made us feel well cared for.This condo offered the perfect combination of comfort, location, and hospitality. We’re already looking forward to booking again. Highly recommend!

Very clean well kept nicely located.

2 couples in our 60s stayed for the entire month of June 2024. We had a wonderful time, very close to the beautiful saltwater pool and ocean. James is a great host, very responsive and has a great handyman who came over right away when we couldn't figure out the TV. Overall I would rate our vacation as A+++ and would definitely stay there again!!! No worries, you will love it!

Perfect place to rest and relax! I love the landscaping, the pool, the sunsets and the layout of the condo! Everything was perfect! The other people in the complex were delightful and I made some new friends. Restaurant within walking distance. Jim was in contact with me to make sure I had everything I needed. Great experience!

We have been visiting Venice for over 10 years in several different locations and found this one a very pleasant change for the better. The apartment is uncluttered and very comfortable with all the amenities necessary for an enjoyable vacation. Being close to the South Jetty where you can watch the surfers and fishermen is a real plus - my one regret is I didn't bring my fishing pole. In addition to all the positives is the attitude of the owner: Jim is a real peach of a landlord who proved committed to making sure our stay was the best it could have been. Thanks again Jim!
