Stayed Sep 25, 2025This rental is beyond amazing. The condo itself was fully stocked and absolutely beautiful. The Host was very responsive and answered every question. The neighbors were kind and helpful. The pool and hot tub were pristine. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025This is a beautiful condo that is in a quiet neighborhood. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool, but it is also very close to the ocean and the boardwalk if you want a more social atmosphere. There are a lot of restaurants in the area that we enjoyed as well. We would definitely recommend staying here and would be interested in staying again if we returned to the area for a future vacation.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Great property and location with plenty of parking. Nice people everywhere. Biggest plus to this property was the pots and pans. They are actually usable which was nice to see.

Stayed May 25, 2025We had the best week at Pearl on the Point. The beds were comfortable, the house was well stocked, and the location was quiet and beautiful. Having access to a private beach was also great because it never got too crowded.
