Stayed Jun 8, 2026This is a new condo with beautiful upgrades. It’s very well done, roomy, comfortable, and has gorgeous ocean views and views of Morro Rock. Loved the deck and comfortable fire pit table and chairs. The beds were comfortable with a king in the master and a queen in the second bedroom. Nice bedding, sheets and plenty of pillows and extra blankets. We were frustrated by a few things but didn’t take a star away for them. The TV was very difficult to figure out. The refrigerator needs a new filter for water/ ice. The dishwasher was very difficult to figure out how to run. We found no directions to help with these things. We had no propane for the firepit and had to change the tank ourselves. The garage door opener didn’t work but my husband repaired the loose battery and got it operational. Overall, great house but there are some quirks.

Stayed Mar 18, 2022We had a wonderful time in this lovely place. The house is great and we stayed there for a long 4 weeks; so that we noticed some things we wished we had like: Better TV connection, lounge chairs on the Deck, better drainage in sone of the plumbing system,, broom, mop and dust pan.

Stayed Nov 11, 2021We are never disappointed when visiting Cayucos and this trip was no exception. This property was perfect for us. Extremely comfortable, close to downtown, a block from the beach, private, beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, and garage parking. The property management team was a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Lori! We will definitely be back, hopefully sooner than later.

Stayed Jul 2, 2021This property was great. We had a few minor issues with the drains in the sinks but overall great location and the place was clean and big enough for our family.
