Beautiful Custom home, great ocean views! Pets Allowed!

Our party of 7 adults, one infant, and one dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean , tastefully decorated, fully equipped, lovely home. Nice view of the ocean and Morro Rock. We would definitely stay here again! Loved it!!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Had so much fun playing ping pong in garage. The host Pamela was fantastic. Absolutely would stay again!

Pamela was a very gracious host and prompt to initiate conversation and respond to questions. Lovely and spacious home - more than ample for our extended family of eight. The patio, living room, and dining area have full views of the ocean (better than the photos). The kitchen was impressively well equipped with wares, herbs and spices, condiments, zip lock bags, foil, cling wrap, teas, coffee, and more. One of their two garages had wet suits, boogie and skim boards, ping pong table, and other gear. All of us were quite impressed. A great vacation choice!

The best stocked home we've ever stayed in. From kitchen to beach equipment to entertainment. We've rented for years all over the central coast. This is how a beach house SHOULD be set up. But rarely is. It has everything you need. Was very clean and a beatiful deck with an ocean view..We'll be back!

This is a fabulous property! Super clean. Well stocked kitchen for making meals. It is larger and roomier than it appeared in the photos and offered plenty of space for our group of adults and teens plus our little pup. The views were amazing from the upstairs. We were even able to see Morro Rock! We liked that the house was a bit away from downtown Cayucos. Less touristy and more relaxing.

So family friendly. Outlet covers on all kid accessible outlets. Everything you could need for kids, including high chair, pack and play, toys, books, sand toys…. We would love to be back. No central AC, but the provided fans cooled everything down in the evening. Quick communication with the owners when we needed.

Spacious, comfortable and quiet (even with the highway a few blocks away). The kitchen was fun to cook in, and there was space for 3-4 people to chop veggies at once. As another reviewer noted, the temperature controls in the shower in the master bedroom are backwards--it doesn't keep you from taking on comfortable shower, but it is good to know. Also, the ping pong balls are not in great shape, but that's easily remedied.

Great communication. We had no issues accessing the home. Home was clean, spacious and welcoming. It was also stocked with all the essentials plus some. Views were amazing and lived being just a short drive to shops, restaurants and activities. Plenty of parking and a small run in the back for the dog was convenient. Had a wonderful girls weekend and highly recommend staying here.

Very nice home but pictures on VRBO are a little deceptive. We thought it was much closer to beach before depositing.

This home offered large bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for those who wished to cook in the home. There were all the condiments needed. We especially enjoyed the balcony that looked out over the ocean.

House was amazing, well equipped, beautiful views, very spacious. We have an amazing time.

The house is great. Beds were comfortable. The views from the balcolny are great. The stairs are a little steep going up to the 2nd level of the home. Other than that it was cozy.

Third time staying here and can't recommend enough! Warm and inviting home, great location, lots of helpful extras like toys and a high chair. We love to cook and sit on the patio. The host is also very responsive and helpful. We'll stay again!

We had a great time. The location was convenient to the freeway and access to many central coast towns. We didn't take advantage of the game room but we will next time. My daughter and son-in-law brought our grandson, and he loved the toys.

Can’t say enough great things about this home and host. Perfect location and roomy comfortable home. Short walk to great beach and good location for all activities. Hopefully we can come here again. Excellent pet friendly home. Loved having outdoor shower also.

Our family of seven adults were very comfortable in this lovely home with ocean views. The kitchen had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is the third time we have stayed here.

This house is nice and clean. It has everything as described. Chairs, toys, and wetsuits for the beach. Host is very responsive if you need anything or have a question. Highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoy the view and surroundings. Was close to lots of things to do. We enjoyed the house and Barbecued one night. Fun to play ping pong! Took a beach walk. Saw whales from the balcony. Walked the dog around the neighborhood. So great the house is dog friendly. Than you.

The house is lovely and well-equipped. Unobstructed view of the ocean from the upstairs. All the beds a large, comy and with great linens and pillows. Property manager was responsive and helpful.

This is a beautiful property with a great host. The property had beautiful views of the ocean from the living room, kitchen, and co.fortable balcony. We spent somuch time enjoying the relaxing views, we even spotted some whales. The host was so attentive and had wonderful communication whenever we needed anything. She even brought us binoculars for whale watching. The house is so close to both Morro Bay and Cayucos what a great location!The beds were all so comfy and the master bedroom and bathroom are huge and gorgeous. I can't wait for summer to book with her again.

We stayed in Cayucos for the first time because the house we usually stay at I Morro Bay was unavailable but that turned out to be a good thing. We LOVED our stay and our hostess, Pamela, was quick to solve a small glitch that occurred in the home. I can hardly wait to stay there again, it was a wonderful experience.

Beautiful home with nice view of ocean and Morro Rock. Within 5-10 minutes to restaurants and the wharf. Went with three couples and 3 small dogs and it was perfect!

Perfect house for a vacation for six retired friends (3 couples) from the San Francisco area. We cooked several meals together and appreciated the large and well-stocked kitchen, the comfortable dining room, and the ocean views. Attractive and simple decor throughout the house added to the restful experience.

We gathered this weekend for a friends 60th birthday. We had a great brunch and spent time together in the great room and on the balcony. We cooked in the well stocked kitchen and all slept comfortably in the bedrooms. Location is great to access the beach and just a short drive into town for shopping. I hope we can visit again

This was the perfect rental for our family of 4 couples - large open common space, comfortable beds and fluffy towels. We didn't have any little ones with us but it's clearly child friendly with toys and games. It's an easy drive to downtown Cayucos or Morro Bay. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

My adult siblings and I enjoyed several days at this property. It was a fantastic setting for our reunion. The property is well appointed. The beds and linens of high quality and were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our time. The view of the sunset was spectacular! Pamela's communicatoon could not have been better. In fact, rhe best Ive had at a remtal. Thank you for sharing this great home!
