Reviewer Comments: We headed out from Northern Kentucky to escape one of the colder months of the winter. We landed in an awesome place ! The property was well maintained and the Condo’s kitchen was well stocked with equipment and utensils. Our contact with property managers was pleasant and we found them helpful. Shopping, restaurants, churches, are plentiful and a visit to Destin Harbor is a nice “to do’ activity. Looking forward to a return visit.

Reviewer Comments: It was clean, and in good location.Rooms upstairs wasn’t cool enough.We are seniors and the commode was so low it was a problem getting up and shower was in bathtub which it was unsafe for us.We should have asked you before we booked the property,but most places have walk in showers .It would have been wonderful for younger people.Beach location was very good.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has stayed at this hotel for years and we paid 3000$ for a week last month and a hurricane was about to hit and the governor issued a state of emergency and the hotel was in line of storm and they would not let us reschedule our family trip or refund us. So we lost 3000$ due to a natural disaster. Our family will never stay there or any resort that is run by Destin Realty. They advertise they care about ur safety first but clearly that is a lie and they only care about their Greed and putting families lives at risk and in harms way for a dollar. DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Find somewhere else.
