Beautiful Beach Front, Balcony, 7th Floor

Beautiful beachfront view with balcony. Spotlessly clean. Nice kitchen to cook in. Includes two beach chairs and umbrella. Pool and hot tub really nice also. Highly recommend.

Property was very well kept and the view was amazing. Very clean

Check in and everything was great. View, private beach, and all was great but the room was horrible. Master bedroom door wouldn’t shut Master bedroom light wouldn’t work Master bedroom balcony door wouldn’t hardly open or shut Master bathroom shower head needs replaced, the pressure is painful and it sprays everywhere Hot water was not working in kitchen Washing machine made our clothes stink Hardly any towels, rags, or even cookware. Big hole in couch cushion, fiber would come out if you leaned back on it. Too much to list. Highly disappointed in the room for the price we paid for it!

Property is not spacious at all, not blaming the pictures though I felt not worthy There lot other properties beside they are spacious and worth of money If you this property for cheaper or reasonable price it’s ok Or if you had to spend much on this property I don’t recommend going this property Please try others

Very comfortable vacation unit with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. Staff was very friendly and worked to keep the place looking good. Stayed on Scenic Highway 98 for years but will continue to stay at Jade Wast as it is close to several convenient stores and restaurants.

This location was everything we dreamed about for our anniversary stay. Check-in was smooth and simple. The staff even provided us with a complimentary bottle of champagne to welcome us to our vacation home. The views were breathtaking and relaxing. Having our own private beach was great. All of the staff from the beach crew to maintenance worked diligently to ensure everything was special. The beach staff made our anniversary “beachside” brunch an event to remember. The maintenance staff repaired minor light bulb issues on the spot. The daily free passes to events was a great addition. It provided us with ideas for things to do in the area. We created so many memories as a result of the explorie fun passes. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to relax, enjoy the beach and create memories. We are lifetime customers and deeply thankful for the hospitality and excellent customer service.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Jade East condos. The check-in was the smoothest we've ever experienced. Staff was courteous, condo was clean with breathtaking views. Elevator was fast, had our own parking spot, and the beach was awesome. Highly recommended and we will be back again.
