Beautiful Beach Bungalow in Leucadia GREAT location.

Great spot to stay for a week, quite and comfortable. The host was always responsive. Easy access to freeway, beach. Everything you need for an outing without having to bring it or buy it.

Loved this location! Easy to communicate with host and not hard to get to from the airport.

We were visiting family in Encinitas. Really enjoyed this condo! It was clean , bed was comfortable, and it has everything we needed including well equipped kitchen, beach chairs and towels , and a lovely patio and grill. Location was great, we walked to a number of restaurants in Leucadia plus the beach. Jess was an awesome host and responded immediately to the few questions we had. Highly recommend!

Delightful apartment in Leucadia. Well equipped, clean and everything works great. Plenty of drawer and closet space for our things. We plan to come back.

I recently had to move out of my apartment due to mold in the old apartment in CA, so I am super sensitive to musty smells and indoor allergens. The place is cute, but I had a hard time breathing due to the musty smell. Luckily there are windows in every room which give good airflow to ventilate. I think the cleaner only cleaned the bedding and personal items which were all clean but if you have strong allergies it’s hard on the coast to find places that don’t have the musty smell and would recommend not staying close to the coast due to all the moisture . The blinds and windows were not the cleanest they could be. The place is decorated really cute and the bed is super comfy felt like I was in my own bed. They have a lot of windows which is great to keep the breeze coming in and ventilate. They have everything you need- just groceries needed if you want them. Jess is super kind and helpful and responsive but also respectful to privacy. I had an issue with the washer and dryer. Jess told me to use hers on the other side of the building due to the problem and assured me it never happened before. She even offered for me to stay an extra night to make up for it. If you are looking for a great place near the beach and allergy issues aren’t a problem for you, this is a good place to choose. Encinitas is farther away from all the downtown attractions so it is also very quiet and chill here.

The 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Check and stay process was very easy and we'd highly recommend the property.

Nice property close to restaurants and the beach. Jess was a responsive host and helped us with our stay.

It was a delightful and cozy little cottage not too far from the beach. It was very clean, and we had all the comforts of home. We also loved the patio area out front.

Ez parking and access. Very clean and comfortable and we would stay there again.

Quiet little spot in the middle of it all. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Start to Finish, everything was Famtastic. We really Enjoyed ourselves. Jess was a Great Host!!
