Just a group of fun ladies needing a long weekend away, this condo and resort was perfect. Loved having the corner unit, on ground level. There was a pool with the building, not the water park.The resort restaurant, Waterfront was good, definitely better than the dinner at Mullets and The Store. Rented a boat/captain for 5 hrs; well worth the price.

The condo was perfect for our family of six! Teresa was super responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to stay again!

This has been our favorite condo we’ve ever stayed in. It is spacious and the views from the deck are amazing! We would absolutely stay here again!!

We needed a place for 6 people to stay for the first weekend of Clay County Fair. Condo is about 20 minutes away from the fairgrounds, however it's a quick, easy drive. Very nice!! Tip I learned, bring your own coffee bc there likely won't be any in the cupboards and early mornings require coffee.

If you want a beautiful view of the lake, grass for the kids to play on outside the back door, and a wonderful gathering place...then this is the place for you. We will be back!

It was the perfect set up and everything was clean and was just as described.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very nice having a main floor condo with a 2.5 year old that could go out to play on the deck and in the grass. We loved that 2 of the bedrooms were away from the living area for our 2.5 year old to go to sleep and stay asleep while we played card etc. Not having a bunk bed would have been better for us as our 2 adult boys had that bedroom and climbing up to the top bunk is uncomfortable as is the top bunk. Our son on the top bunk could feel the wood through the mattress. I had checked to see what kind of coffee pot/maker there would be and was told that we could make a pot of coffee or use a kuerig. The first morning when we used the kuerig thankfully our son in-law didn’t take a drink. The reservoir was filled with straight vinegar. I tried to run the vinegar through so we could use the kuerig all that happened was the vinegar dribbled out. Even after 6 runs. I gave up after there was still a 1/3 of the reservoir still with vinegar. We would recommend this unit to others as others might put a young child or teen in the top bunk. We would also rent this unit again if one of our sons are unable to come with us. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

My husband and I recently stayed at this condo with our 4 sons. Three teenagers and one age 9. The location is absolutely perfect. The lake view is amazing and the fact that it is a corner unit on the ground level gave us lots of yard room to utilize for outdoor activities. We could also see fireworks right from our condo. The unit was very clean and also very very quiet. The location was steps away from the waterpark, zipline, basketball court. Communication with the owner was very efficient and easy to access. I have never stayed at a rental condo unit before, but would turn around and book this exact same unit again!

All the comforts of home with a most beautiful view of the lake! The layout of the condo provided such privacy with the bedrooms; as you are preparing meals you have the marvelous windows with sunlight streaming in. Lovely condo!
