Stayed Feb 28, 2026Great location right across from the beach. Coffee shop, restaurants, and other small stores nearby. Right off the main road but tucked back. Good spot for walking the beach in the morning. Cleaner came right before we checked in so we knew it was clean.

Stayed Mar 7, 2026We enjoyed our stay, especially the location 1 block away from the beach. Property manager was helpful and we appreciated the beach chairs and tent provided. The unit itself was clean although some rugs would have been helpful in keeping sand off the floors. I did not find the bed comfortable and the pillows were very lumpy. It should be noted that the balcony directly overlooks the dive bar across the “street” (actually an alley) which as other reviews noted is quite loud. If you don’t mind the back alley dive bar ambiance this is an affordable option in Indian Shores. It’s walking distance to a coffee shop and salt rock grill and the nearby beach is lovely.

Stayed May 24, 2024Host was very accommodating. Place was across the street from the beach and a great coffee shop steps away for morning coffee and breakfast. Would highly recommend this place. Beach chairs, coolers and beach wagon all came in really handy.
