BEAUTIFUL 2BD 2BA + DEN CONDO, LAKE VIEW

The location was the Best! Across from the neighborhood pool, made for frequent and enjoyable access to the pool. A corner unit allows for the extra windows and makes it so light and bright! The unit was very well equipped and even set for the beach! Glad to have had the sofa sleeper in the den rather than the living room my 2 grandsons.

We rented this condo for the month of Feb. 2025 primarily to play open play pickle ball onsite. I had many issues with complete and accurate information from the owner/property manager the entire time before and after we arrived. They didn’t communicate until after we paid the entire amount for the unit and arrived at the condo that only 2 people could use all the amenities for free which was very disappointing. We had three people in this 3 bedroom condo. Our third person would have to pay 15 every time she played pickle ball. We played every day. The owner was not immediately helpful or willing to help resolve this issue at first. After three days of calls with him and the private club administration we were given a third membership. This created frustration and time away from our month-long vacation. Please be careful of the lack of accurate information on their VRBO property website. We never would have booked here had we known that they only allow two people to enjoy the free amenities and they must be an immediate family member to use the amenities for free. This is a policy for all Treviso Bay rentals. We found other renters had the same issue with communications on their rentals. If you rent a unit with two couples only one couple could use the awesome amenities for free. After the frustration at the beginning of the trip we did enjoy our stay and the people we met pl

We love Treviso Bay and all the activities, beautiful grounds and friendly people. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The property manager was great to work with and we had no issues.

My wife and I had a wonderful time here! This property was very clean and the decor was lovely. The amenities at Treviso Bay were outstanding! Also the owners did many updates which was a big plus. They also were very attentive to any needs/issues that we may have had. All in all, a very pleasant experience!

We had a great time at this property! There were many activities to do around the property, as it was in a great location. The owners have updated many living spaces and have made it comfortable and enjoyable to be in.

Beautiful community. Condo was nice but needs updates—needs new and more dishes, pots, pans utensils toaster etc. would also help to have more Floridian decorations. Den needs a tv sofa bed and newer furniture Lani cushions need to be cushier. Current cushions way too thin. Needs new bed sheets and towels. Storage area smelled-we didn’t use it at all. Would stay at Trevis Bay again but not at this condo.

We greatly enjoyed our stay ,but next time would bring our own bed linens and extra cookware from home

We loved the Resort the condo is bigger than the pictures actually displayed. Olga got back to me promptly if I had any questions. Perfect location for neighborhood pool with a clean barbecue and a short walk to the resort main pool. Gary ??

Comfortable, well-equipped condo. Great view of the lake behind the condo. Treviso Bay was a beautiful property! Super pool. Support from owner was superb.
