Stayed Jul 18, 2025The condo was extremely clean. I am in the Osage beach area almost weekly during the summer and this is the first time in this complex. Not a huge fan of the mandatory damage fee they charge on top of the other vrbo fees but i guess it’s understandable considering the area.

Stayed Jul 17, 2024Condo was nice. We loved the view and it was quiet. The VRBO dot on the map is not where it is actually located, but it is in the same general area. I have seen that problem before with VRBO maps. The owner/manager was very good about communicating with me to ensure that the address they gave me agreed with google maps. The only problem we had was with spiders outside on the deck. They came out around dusk and we went inside!

Stayed Jul 5, 2024Rental and check in went very smoothly, property was clean and as described. The location was close to several popular bars and restaurants around the lake. Overall I had no complaints about the rental, it was perfect for our size group (4-5 people).

Stayed Jun 7, 2024When taking a shower the bathtub filled up with water and then took a very, very long time to drain. This item needs to be fixed. Also, we could not get the TV to work in the living room and there were no instructions. I sent a message to the owners asking them about it, but NEVER heard back from them so we were unable to watch the TV.
