Centrally located, 10 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort, close to shopping, and only 45 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. Onsite parking, close to Safeway, fishing pond outside the patio door! This is a lower-level unit (you must be able to walk downstairs to get to this unit) with a gas fireplace, washer and dryer, and only a few minutes walk from shopping, bars, and restaurants in downtown Fraser.
This well-maintained Townhome has a fully stocked kitchen. The open living plan allows you to interact with the whole family while you cook.
The Primary Suite has a queen-sized bed and a whirlpool tub to relax in after a day of hiking or skiing!
The second bedroom sleeps 4 in beds - two bunk beds, a twin over twin, and a twin over a double.
You ll also find a washer and dryer located in this beautiful townhome, making your return home a little easier with a suitcase full of clean clothes.
All this makes for a relaxing time when you return from your mountain adventures!

We liked the unit. It was quiet, cozy, and clean. The queen bed seemed more like a full and was really soft, but we slept okay. The only big issue we had was internet access. We followed the instructions in the unit but never could get any of our phones to connect to wifi (two different Android models and two different iPhone models). It would repeatedly tell us that our email address was invalid even though we were using our regular email addresses. The instructions force you to connect by entering your full name and email address as well as a password. I was frustrated I had to use my email, but then I couldn't get that to work either. It one point we were able to get a laptop connected to the wifi but it was incredibly slow. One of our party needed to WFH during our stay and was unable to remain in the unit and work due to the wifi situation.
This unit was very spacious and had a large living and dining area that we appreciated. The fire place was beautiful. We would have appreciated a better description that there is no elevator and that the entrance is down a flight of stairs outdoors. Also, the sign for the entrance way to this unit was covered in snow from the plow. We had to call management to find out unit entrance way and also find the parking spot for the unit because the sign for that was not easy to find either. Pictures might have helped. Other than issues finding the unit and parking spot, this was a great stay and unit!
Stayed in condo as base for mountain biking/race. Perfect setup.

Great rental. The description was very accurate. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of board games options if you like games. Communication was the best I have ever had , all through rental agencies.

We were a family of 5. This place has an amazing view. Rocky mountain national park entrance is 45 mins from this place. We requested an early check in and host was very accommodating. Overall 5 star rating!
