Beautiful 1 BR Condo Overlooking Freeman Park

You will definitely see Aqua Blue at the property both inside and out! The property has beautiful blue furniture on the deck, an aqua blue feature wall in the bar area, and a blue view of the ocean. This 3rd floor property is located at the North End of Carolina Beach overlooking Freeman Park.

When you get to the property, you will first step onto the outdoor deck and go through the slider to enter the interior of the unit. Inside you will find yourself in the living area. It has afair amount of space to lounge around or just stare out the slider at the beautiful view. The sofa is a sleeper sofa. The living room leads into the dining/ kitchen area. There is a small bar area with two bar stools and a dining table with seating for four guests. The kitchen has everything needed for a meal together and also has some pops of blue in the small appliances. There is a full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. The main bedroom has a Queen bed and small desk area for any last minute emails you need to send before officially starting your vacation. This room also has deck access that overlooks the community pool!

Carolina Beach has so many activities to keep the whole family entertained that you will want to keep coming back year after year. This is one of the few places in NC that allows driving on the beach in summertime - you are allowed to drive on the North end beach at Freeman Park, if you have the city pass and a 4WD vehicle. You'll also be close to the pier for great fishing, a cool beverage, and perhaps some storytelling about the one that got away.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Parking: TWO parking passes are included with reservation. Parking spaces are unassigned.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
