Nice place to stay

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. I love being able to walk everywhere and not having to pay for parking. The place was very clean and looked newly renovated.

Very nice place inside. Comfortable and roomy for 4 people. Well stocked and very clean. Didn't have hardly any hot water for a shower. Did one load of towels on warm and didn't have any hot water for 1 shower after. Windows were really old looking and one looked like it was broken in the biggest bedroom. Nerve wrecking by being on the main street like that. You have people constantly waking by and people parked right in front of the condo for the fireworks. Close to the boardwalk, definitely walking distance. Easy walk to the beach as well. Disappointed how dirty the beach was that close to the boardwalk(no fault to the owner, obviously) but I've stayed all down the strip of carolina beach and never saw it so trashy anywhere else. While it worked for a family, I would more recommend it for young couples or singles wanting an easy walk back from the boardwalk.

Great location

Super cute & Nice layout. We really liked it the extra half bath, dishwasher and laundry. everything was as described. There was a little damage from previous guests but nothing to prevent full usage and property manager was very responsive. The unit next door was occupied but we couldn't hear them at all. Great value- Would definitely rebook.

We stayed for 2 nights and was just what we were looking for! Beach access was very close by. The convenience of walking a couple blocks to get breakfast, coffee, dinner, ice cream was fantastic. Highly recommend this location!

Pros: I was impressed because this place truly is a two minute walk to the beach! Easily could walk back if you forgot something. The mattresses were memory foam and a huge upgrade to the hotel mattress I’d been sleeping on all week! Very clean and had all the kitchen accessories needed. They even had a few laundry pods available which was great because I forgot to bring some. Within walking distance of several restaurants, the boardwalk carnival and a great ice cream place I recommend-Squigleys! Cons: no major ones that could even come close to ruining the trip but things to be aware of. If you need to stop at Walmart for anything I recommend doing it on the way in. It’s one road out and in and it takes about 20min to get there if traffic is good. Because it is so close to the beach there is a lot of foot traffic just out side the bedroom windows during peak hours. Nothing unruly but it can be unsettling if you’re not used to it. The bedroom light was controlled by a remote and the battery was dead so we could only use a small bedside lamp. And the lights over the bar were either both burned out or the switch didn’t work because we never got those to come on either. The couch is just a couch. My fault for confusing it with another listing but it truly has just the two queen beds, no fold out, if traveling with teens like we were. All things that can be easily overlooked. Overall was a great stay!
