Beachside St Augustine Resort Condo, 6 Mi to Dtwn!

Love being on the beach with 2 lovely kid friendly swimming pools.

Great long weekend in St. Augustine. Convenient to the beach, restaurants, markets and the amphitheater. The community has two pools and direct access to the beautiful beach. The rental has all your needs for a pleasant stay.

We loved our stay. The condo was clean and stocked with everything you need, from toilet paper to beach chairs! We loved the warm pool, but there is also a cooler pool for those who prefer cooler water. The location was good, with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. If we come back to St. Augustine I would definitely stay here.

Well stocked with towels and necessities. Great communication. The apartment is an end unit so it gets sun all day - a huge plus for us northerners. The heater pool was amazing (89 degree setpoint) - although they don't cover it so we had 2 33 degree nights in a row and it took 2 days to recover. The beach is wonderful as all St. Augustine beaches are. It was fun to be on Beach Blvd where we could walk to ice cream, dinner, grocery, and coffee ( we have always stayed further down the strip so everything involves a short drive). The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had pretty much every appliance you could want/need. There were boogy boards, beach sand toys, umbrellas, and beach chairs. A very easy, convenient, and comfortable place to stay.

We had a lovely stay. Communications were helpful and well timed. The condo was well equipped and very clean! Perfect location and super cozy. We would definitely stay again. Thank so much for having us.

We had a great experience as a family. The condo was just a few minutes walk to the beach. Everything was in good condition and the owner thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, from the kitchen and bath amenities and even beach chairs to use. Hope to return again soon.

Loved the location and the place! It was so close to downtown yet on the beach. Loved the 2 pools and it was so nice & clean. Chang was excellent to rent from! I recommend this place to a group of people or a family!! We had a fabulous time.

I grew up in St. Augustine Beach and hadn't been home in almost 20 years. So when the in-laws decided they wanted to go for a couple days, I was on the hunt for a great location with quick access to the beach. This place was PERFECT! Walking distance to everything, including food and fun, clean, cool, and gave everyone plenty of space. The person we were renting through was very responsive to any questions I had, and even accommodated us to be able to arrive early so we could get a jump start on a great stay! Can't say enough good things! Can't wait to come back next year with the family!

We have stayed in another condo in this property before so was familiar. It is a grewt property with lots of supplies. This was rhe first time we flew so didn’t know if there would be chair, toys and towels. All were there! They had plenty of home supplies too. Plenty of paper towels, dish soap, detergent and toilet paper. We did not need anything extra and they had every applicance that most homes have. Highly recommend. The only observation I would make is that it is closest to the street so those that are older or with younger kids might be annoyed it isnt a quicker walk to the beach. We were fine with our 11,13 ans 15yos.

This condo was great. Very good communication & easy check-in/out. Clean and fully stocked. The layout was perfect for us - very comfortable. Although we didn't use it as much as we would have liked, we appreciated the balcony & furniture on it. Good pools and short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Easy beach access and kids loved the pools. The place was clean and convenient (driving distance) to restaurants and groceries.

We had a delightful week at the condo. It was very clean, well equipped, and updated with everything we needed and very nice decor. The large balcony was well- used and immensely enjoyed as it looked over the beautiful pool area. We appreciated the beach chairs and equipment as well as the private laundry room. The beds were super comfortable and a fantastic shower. It is a little hike to the beach , but we enjoyed the beautiful landscape and the other pool on the way there. The owner was very prompt with communications and we recommend this condo.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very clean and comfortable and centrally located to restaurants. It has a short walk to the beach. The host was excellent to work with on the rental. He has very good communication skills and addressed any needs. I would highly recommend this rental.

Listed: Beachside St. Augustine Resort Condos.Actual name: Ocean Villas. Totally misleading. This condo was rated 9.6 out of 10, Exceptional. However, from the gate entrance to the condo itself, everything was old worn and dirty, e.g., trash in the parking lot, stairwell stained and dirty, railings dusty, with chipped paint. The condo was old and musty, drapes, chairs and sofa old and dirty; rugs in each bedroom was old with lots of stains with uncleaned linen, bathrooms were unusable, kitchen was uncleaned, including the appliances. Windows and doors needed to be washed and had a film and rusty. Balcony chairs and covers were dirty/old. Totally, totally disappointing! Our guests were, also, in DISBRIEF! We traveled appx. 400 miles for this! When I called the contact number, it was the owner. She was in TOTAL DENIAL. She said, she cleaned the condo herself and for me to get out of her property! She agreed to a refund. I then received an email message from Evolve, the Property Host. I called and explained the situation. They issued a refund within three days. However, we still incurred additional/unexpected costs because we had to find accommodations for four nights; in an unfamiliar area. Total disappointment!!! Why was this condo rated 9.6 or included in the listings? We read the reviews, but now questioned their validity. CAUTION: Rent at your own risk!!! Pictures and text available upon request!

Traveled with my family (In-laws) and had a wonderful time. The weather was nice and access to the beach was a quick walk from the condominium. We had a relaxing view of the feature pool, and the balcony was large enough for multiple family members. The resort was located close to shopping, restaurants, the lighthouse and state park and historic St. Augustine.

Beautiful property, beachside. Property manager/owner was so very helpful when i inadvertently list the entry code. Courteous, and prompt. Definitely will stay again. 5 STARS

Great location right on the beach! You can walk to a few restaurants but will want a car to explore Old Town. The unit is closest to the street, but noise wasn't a problem. The unit is clean, spacious and exactly what it looks like in the photos. A few more beach towels would have been nice, there were 4 towels, but 6 of us. Appliances were nice although the dishwasher is a little sketchy and on its last legs. Huge balcony overlooking the pool was fabulous.Top floor is a plus, there is an elevator. Pools were pristine and grounds were beautiful and immaculate. TTThe unit is

Condo was terrific . More than enough space for a family of 4 . Loved the porch / balcony . Easy access to beach and 2 great pools . The location was outstanding - walked or biked everywhere . Easy communication with property manager . We will be back !!

This place was adorable and a perfect quick vacay for our kids. The beach is a short walk away and the pools were heated to 90 which made it a great swim spot for the kids.

The condo was as shown on the website. The stay was what we needed. Nights of lights was our original goal but the moon rises over the ocean were a bonus. Lots of laughs and pics rounded out our stay.

Great area but NO view to the ocean. No amenities were available such as napkins, baggies, shampoo and decent size soaps. Bathroom and kitchen were very outdated. Couldn’t open slider in master bedroom and dishwasher was broken.

The property was as described and pictures were exactly like the property-super nice! Great location to everything in St. Augustine. Full equipped kitchen, comfy beds and great host. We will be coming back.

The condo is very spacious. The balcony is larger than normal. Everything we needed. Loved having a refrigerator with an ice maker. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Ocean Villas! It more than accommodated our family's needs. It was spacious, comfortable and relaxing! We loved the view, and easy access to the pool and the beach. The entire process was smooth, communication was great and we would totally book this condo again and again. Highest recommendation!
