Reviewer Comments: A few things were not working, remotes, no batteries, garbage disposal never was fixed during the stay!The staff was friendly and helpful! The on call Manager was very nice and called back sent the maintenance guy. He was very helpful and nice!

A few updates would be wonderful to 5A but other than that we loved it here. Great views, great neighbors and one huge improvement would be to heat the pool. 🌺😃

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entering the condo sofa cushions for miss placed. Pretzels were in the chairs and in the sofa and something was smashed in the carpet cockroach in the kitchen cockroach in their guest bathroom. Pillows smelled horrible and I had to go buy some new ones to use while we were there. We thoroughly cleaned before using anything. tub and toilets had not really been cleaned. Should have been refunded the cleaning fee since we did the cleaning.Other than that ,the view was beautiful. All appliances worked great. It’s still a great community at the Sandpiper.

Found 6 live roaches over 6 days. 5A flooring was showing its age. Dust everywhere Closest so packed with owners beach gear could use them. All the draws had sand in them. Would not recommend 5A

Reviewer Comments: When you walk in the condos where so clean and roomey the bedroom were nice sized everything you needed to cook drink I mean I could go on and on about how great the sandpiper condos are but you will not find a better place to stay it was a great experience loved it, can't wait till next year
