Beachside Condo Downtown with Lake Michigan Views

Very comfortable, well stocked and great location.

This property is beautiful. It is everything you see in the pictures, and beautiful and clean inside and on the patios. Not one disappointment. I was worried about safety since I was traveling alone, but it was located in a very safe neighborhood. The hosts were in contact with me from The beginning to ensure I was happy wigh the rental. Wonderful place.

A very pleasant, clean condo right by the lake's edge and within easy walking distance of downtown and the pier. The bed was comfortable with good linens. The wifi was strong and reliable. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. It was easy to check-in. The hosts gave very useful recommendations about local restaurants and attractions. In general, we thought it was really good. There is a new, big building going up nearby, but there's still a lovely view of the beach from out of the kitchen/

Location is just steps from the beach and nice picnic area/park. Everything was very walkable for the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Our stay was very enjoyable, clean, comfortable.

We loved it here! The beach and playground witching seconds of the condo— perfect location. The condo was clean and well stocked. We had such a comfortable stay. We felt very safe there, too.The communication with Jeremy was stellar. We’ll definitely book again! Can’t wait to come back!

Great location and very private with beach access.

Despite there being some unfortunate construction across the road, the well-maintained property made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A short walk through a park to access the public beach, generously provided beach chairs, and a deck out the back meant even the construction was barely a disruption.Everything was clean and in good repair, and the hosts were responsive and professional when communicating.

Perfect spot to enjoy the beach, water and city! Dont miss out on the sunrise!

We enjoyed our stay! The house is kept in good condition. It’s right in the beach with beautiful views. It is very convenient to town and allows for nice walks either through the neighborhood, village or beach. The owners were easy to contact and always available. Being a must have coffee first thing in the morning person, they conveniently had available! Over all a very nice experience and would stay again!

Loved our stay here. Wanted a quiet place to chill for the weekend. Enjoyed walking on the beach - yes, in the winter - and listening to the waves crash. The electric fireplace was very cute and kept us warm - though we didn't use it over night. Appreciated having the use of the garage as some snow did come through. It would be a great place in the summer with the porch and deck to sit on.

Great place with an even better view. The beach views and access exceeded our expectations. The condo had everything we needed to make a few great meals while relaxing and enjoying the view. The hosts were attentive to our needs and made sure we enjoyed our time. We highly recommend a visit.

The Waves of Happiness Lower Condo provides the perfect combination of in-town convenience with direct access to a beautiful Lake Michigan beach. The condo is well appointed and clean, and nights were quiet for good sleep! Highly recommended!

I live on a farm in western Iowa surrounded by field corn, soybeans and cattle. My happy place is near water. So when I had time off of my work I wanted to find a rental near water and close to Chicago so that our son could join me, too. “Waves of Happiness Condo” (unit 2) was the best decision I could’ve made for this trip!! The condo is very clean, had quiet neighbors, slept in one of the most comfortable mattresses ever(!), also has multiple living spaces to view Lake Michigan and is literally just steps from the beach? (I highly recommend morning and/or evening walks along the beach!) This truly is a gem of a property!!? The owners are very prompt in replying to any questions one might have and also very helpful in letting an ‘out-of-towner’ like me know cool things to see and places to go in the Sheboygan area. Thank you “Waves of Happiness Condo” for wonderful memories?

Spent a few nights, highlights were the front AND back patios overlooking the lake. Place was very clean and well equipped with beach towels, linens, towels, coffee, spices, dishes, and beach chairs. Checkin and checkout times were listed as two different stories, which was only negative thing, but they let us check in early anyway.:) Was a great ladies getaway!

This rental’s location near the beach and short walk to the river is fantastic. The property is also filled with plenty of supplies and extras to make for a relaxing getaway. Very clean, kept fresh and neat, and had everything we needed and more.

This condo was such a great spot to enjoy Lake Michigan in Sheboygan! Not only did they have everything you could need (beach wagon, multiple beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, etc), the condo was steps from King Beach and Kite Beach. No need to haul things very far, no steps except the four out the front door. Everything was very clean and fresh. The kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels, and just a really good space. We were in walking distance of things to do around the river, like ice cream and mini golf. But the best part was being able to walk right out to the beach and immediately enjoy it. We would stay here again.

Loved everything about the place. Great location to get everywhere around the city. Super quiet. The place had everything we could have wanted in a vacation place. And even things we didn’t even know we’d want in one. Would definitely come back.

This was our first time to Sheboygan-we had a great family getaway and loved our stay. The location was perfect, and we loved hearing the beach nearby. Beach walks were our favorite part of the stay. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing-we would love to come back and visit again!

Enjoyed the location, they had games and beach amenities. Well stocked kitchen and host was very responsive.
