Beautiful beach views, great location

We loved our stay at Beachside Colony! Lovely views from the upstairs and downstairs windows! Prettiest sunrise I have seen in a long time. We had rainy weather every day except our checkout day, but we were able to stay an hour longer for a little beach time. The restaurant next door was great and the convenience was perfect!! The few questions we had were answered in a timely manner. We hope to visit again soon.

I would recommend this unit to anyone. Very clean and exactly how it was described. The morning views from the upstairs bedroom were a sight to be seen. Check-in was a breeze and the nicest lady at the front desk. I will definitely go back again.

Location is great including a private attached garage. Beach access from this unit is super easy boardwalk is right outside the unit. Balcony views are great and the onsite restaurant has good food and drinks. 1 of the 2 pools is heated which was great for temps in the 50-60s during our stay. Only a couple of minor things, the air ducts need to be cleaned had some dirt/dust coming out when heat kicked on during a cold night. Had to run to the store for trash bags as only 2 were in the unit and laundry detergent as we had 8 people for 4 days and towels ran out quickly between pool and showers. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

This place is perfect just steps away from the beach

Clear beach view! Quiet laid back town…striking distance from Savannah was beneficial for upscale dining! Loved every bit of this getaway. Would the same accommodations for future visits!!!!

The home was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with plenty of room for our group to spread out and relax.The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy breakfast together before heading out for beach walks, bike rides, and a little shopping downtown. In the evenings, we loved sitting on the deck with a glass of wine, watching dolphins in the distance and feeling the ocean breeze.The location couldn’t have been better — steps to the beach, close to great restaurants, and just a short drive to the Tybee Lighthouse and local shops. The onsite staff was so welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a carefree weekend.We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to reconnect, relax, and make memories. Highly recommend this townhome for a girls’ trip, family gathering, or anyone wanting an unforgettable Tybee Island escape!FYI - We loved AJ's and Salt Island for dinner out.

Unit was clean and ready for us. Master had fantastic view of beach and ocean! And beautiful sunrises! Private beach access was nice with easy access. The restaurant on site had good food.

The grounds and view were the most beautiful on the island. The pool, beach access, and restaurant were convenient and fun. The property was clean and comfortable. We had a great time.

This property is very clean, and well maintained. Due to the townhouse style, it is not recommended for anyone elderly or who may have difficulty with steep stairs. This should probably be stressed in the listing. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great area! Liked the pool and close to the beach

Condo was clean and the location was good. The view from the balconies was as good as it gets for east coast beaches. Be aware that there are a lot of steps to get to the bedrooms though. Two of the bedrooms are on the 3rd level, which has a long set of steep stairs. This won't be an issue for most, but we had grandparents with, so it was a bit challenging for them.

Property in a great location. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. King bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again!

Short stay in nice townhouse on the beach. 2 flights of stairs that were easily negligible for our active family. Short walk to beach, enjoyed sunrise. Quiet neighborhood, great restaurants and close to Savannah.

Five of us women stayed here for a long weekend trip that included participating in a run at Fort Pulaski. The condo was perfect for us - plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. We really enjoyed the balconies and hanging out around the table and sitting area. The location is perfect and safe. We enjoyed a couple of long walks, one on the beach and one in a nearby neighhorhood and great restaurants. There's a souvenir shop across the street which came in handy. Perfect stay!

We were unaware that there was a fishing tournament all along our stretch of beach on Saturday and Sunday which would have been good to know ahead of time.
