This was a great little hideaway for our mini-vacation! It was clean, bright, well-stocked, and right next to the beach! Communication with the renter was also really solid. She picked right up and asked me to text her back if I had any other questions. 10/10, would book again.

We loved our stay. The condo was clean. Plenty of parking. The Deck restaurant was very good and and friendly. The only issue was that the pool had yet to be completed.... It was not that big of an issue. I'm sure it will be good to go next year.

Loved that it wasn’t crowded- there was plenty of parking and no noise! The condo was beautiful and spacious - had all the kitchen and and even beach essentials!

Very Happy with everything, Stay went off without a hitch

Clean room with everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. No clutter. Balcony has a side view of the ocean. Perfect time to go at the beginning of May. Temperate weather and less populated due to schools still being in session.

Comfy beds, couch is a hid-a-bed and end closest to dining area is very uncomfortable.Living/dining area could use a facelift. Codes we received for side gate to beach and entrance to the pool did not work. Another guest gave us theirs, it worked so we used it during our stay. Floor tile could use a good cleaning. Great access to beach and beautiful pools. The restaurant onsite had great food,Our first visit to Tybee Island. We did the trolly guided historic tour of Savannah. Great tour guide and wonderful peek at the history of Savannah.

The condo is in a great area right by the beach and a beautiful pool. Checking in was easy with parking.They do need to clean the bathrooms better. The bathtub and toilets looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while.

Parking deck was small so if you have a larger vehicle then the outside spots may be better but room and view and location mid island was great. I have stayed in this resort before and it’s always great.

Great location close to the beach. The pool area is nice. The Deck restaurant had good food and drinks and is right on the property. My problem was how dirty the condo was. The vents had black cobwebs/dust all over them. The ceiling fans were black with dust. The couches were very old and uncomfortable. Furniture updates and a thorough cleaning are needed.

Only a side view of ocean but still acceptable.First bedroom lacks nightstands and lamps on each side in order to charge phones ect. Also could replace toaster oven with 4 slice toaster. But it’s a lovely clean condo overall. Loved the beach.

The location was excellent. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant a couple of nights. Being right on the beach was what we were looking for and this place delivered. We appreciated the fact that there were chairs available for us to use on the beach! The bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed.Our only negative about the unit was the condition of the fixtures/appliances. They are in need of updating. In one bathroom, you had to be sure the toilet handle was flipped back up to keep it from running. The shower handle was loose and difficult to easily adjust water temp. The dishwasher and microwave had seen better days as well. Overall, not significant issues, but issues nonetheless. Kind of takes away from the luxury description.

This condo was in an excellent location with the proximity to the beach, nice pool, and easy parking. The condo itself was spacious with all the supplies and amenities we needed. While the beds in the rooms were comfortable, the furniture (e.g. couch) was a bit dated and worn down. The cleaning could have been a bit better as there were dusty corners and some crumbs on the floor.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the garbage disposal didn't work, but honestly not a big deal. There were actually lots of extras available that I normally bring along, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, paper towels and laundry detergent. Definitely would stay again.

I hated to leave. I wanted to stay a month. Loved everything about it

Celebrated our mothers birthday and stayed for 2 days. Really enjoyed our stay using this unit as lodging. Location within a very short walking distance from beach was very nice. Unit was clean, cozy and comfortable. Having a restaurant on bottom level of condo was very convenient and pools on site made the whole experience very pleasurable. The stay greatly assisted in everyone having an memorable experience.

Property is in a great location. The ease of the beach and pool access was a plus. It was also nice having a restaurant on location.

Very clean, covered parking in the heat, all of the amenities we were expecting - we'd gladly stay here again.

The location is what gives this condo its saving grace. The positives inside were the items provided for our stay. Laundry soap and items used for cooking! Beds were very comfy..water pressure in the shower was amazing! Beach chairs were provided in closet..yes, the tv does have streaming capabilities (Netflix, Amazon, etc.) On the other hand, the owner must not know the unit is not kept clean, or doesn’t care. It is outdated and needs some tlc, but as long as people don’t mind these things, you will enjoy the unit. You will need to provide your own toiletries..hand soap and toilet paper is provided (toilet paper is a little cheap. Parking in the garage is super challenging for larger vehicles. If possible travel in a smaller vehicle or park on the street.

It was so close to the beach and on the one day that the waves were too high, the pool was a great alternative. The restaurant on the property was probably the best food we had the whole trip!

We LOVED our stay the hosts were awesome everything was extremely easy to follow very well written out directions for everything we enjoyed our time and hope to be back!

The condo had everything we needed and the location was great! It was a very short walk to the beach and the restaurant on the premises was very good.

We had a great stay @ our condo. Will definitely stay again. It was very clean , very roomy and great location. The beach was right there so that was great too. The only bad Thing is the parking garage was crazy because the parking spots are way too small .Not near enough room without almost hitting another car. Next time we will pay and park on the street.

We had a great time at the condo. Make sure you have the correct code for pool access. It’s in the vrbo app. It is incorrect in the welcome notes in the condo. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of space. Lack of attention to details. Broken blinds in some rooms, clocks didn’t work, and terrible toilet paper so bring your own. Nice pool area and restaurant was great! Quick walk to beach.and perfect place to view the sunrise.

The condo was very very clean which was wonderful. The location was absolutely amazing within a short walk to be beach. The balcony was a great way to see the ocean too. We even witnessed a dolphin in the early morning from the balcony. It would wonderful if the condo had more blankets, beach towels and beach gear provided making it easier for people traveling from afar. Some updating of the furniture would be good since the pull out bed was pretty thin and worn. Overall the location to the beach was great.

Overall, everything was just OK. The shower curtain was rusty and cheap. The bathrooms look very dated. The TVs definitely need an upgrade. My suggestion would be to get rid of cable save your money and buy new TVs that are smart TVs and everyone can log into their own streaming, you could not login to any streaming because the TVs were so old overall just needs to be updated and spruce up if you’re looking for high-end this was not it.

It was amazing! Condo was nice and clean and only a 2min walk to the beach.

We had a great weekend staying steps from the beach and near great restaurants!

It was fabulous and just what my husband and I needed. We invited my sisters-in-law as well since the three of them had grown up in this area. Love the accommodations.
