Stayed Jun 18, 2024This was our first time to Amelia Island! We really enjoyed some relaxation after several action packed days at the theme parks in Orlando. We arrived late and needed sheets for the sleeper sofa. The host was responsive and shared with me where to find the sheets we needed. The unit is spacious and photos are accurate. The kitchen is spacious and the balcony is perfect for enjoying morning coffee and afternoon libations! The beach was quiet and not crowded at all. The chairs and towels available were very convenient! I was worried about feeling a little cramped in a 2 bedroom with 3 teenage boys, but we had plenty of room and did not feel cramped. I would definitely stay again and recommend!

Stayed Nov 4, 2023My husband and I loved this condo! From the modern, clean, attractive, comfortable furnishings and large kitchen to the great balcony with a wonderful view of the ocean. Our bed was comfortable and listening to the waves crashing made for some great relaxation. We also loved the area, with the wonderful restaurants and downtown shopping. The owner was quick to respond to several issues that arose (none of which were her fault) and all of them were resolved as quickly as possible (unfortunately, the cold pool took several days to resolve). We would definitely love to stay here again! We rented two additional units for our children/grandchildren and it was great to be able to enjoy this family vacation together! The entire complex was quiet and mostly vacant (early November).
