Additional sleeping: Sofa bed or extra bedding

Note: During the balcony construction in Building #1, our large balcony facing the beach that is outside the master bedroom and living room are open for guests to enjoy the sunset. Additionally, the balconies facing the intracoastal outside the 2 guest rooms are open to take in the beautiful sunrise. The 2 small balconies outside the dining room and kitchen are temporarily closed.

The pool in Building #1 is closed during the construction, but guests can use the same sized heated pool right next door in Building #2.

Guests may hear occasional noise during business hours due to the construction on the balconies.
