Beachfront, Updated, Topsail Dunes Shining Sea

My husband & I had a great time at the condo! The condo has all you need PLUS an incredible view! The beach is easily accessible and beautiful! Alan provided a helpful brochure for area before our arrival & check in/out was easy peasy.

Alan's condo was perfect. It was clean, well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. The view from the balcony was wonderful. And Alan checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was okay. I hope to return for another vacation soon!

The place was very clean, had everything we needed. The ocean is very close and we got to see dolphins both mornings!

This place is amazing! Big shout out to Alan, who answered a call from us on Christmas day and helped us immediately! The rest of the week was great, there were dolphins everyday, several times a day! Sitting on the balcony was so close we felt like we were in our chairs on the beach. The second floor balcony is the perfect height and distance to the water. This was a great place to stay and we will be back! Surf fishing here is easy too, lots of room up and down the beach. Everyone is very cool to fishermen on this beach, enjoy!

Shining sea was perfect for us. Right on the beach, clean and affordable. No need to do a search.. we’d rent it again. Alan is great with responding to any questions you may have.

The condo is exactly as pictured with exceptional location to the ocean. We loved sitting on the balcony and felt like we were on the beach just no sand. The extras that were provided were very nice as well. We would def stay here again and thanks to Alan for recommending Splash By The Sea restaurant. It was so good and close to the condo.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay here. The room was just as pictured with a wonderful up close view of the ocean. The room was clean and we were happy and appreciative with all the amenities that were provided. The property manager was easy to get in contact with if needed. We loved the private access to the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful view from our balcony / comfy bed -clean w pretty well stocked kitchen / loved the kurig coffee machine doubling as regular drip ! N Topsail quiet compared to Surf City. We are a couple no kids ....the area 99% families kids -Pool close walk on the beach - fair amount of shaded tables /we'd return to this unit if booking through VRBO again -

Felt like home on arrival! Had everything we expected & more needed & more! A perfect 1st beach get away with our son!

We loved our stay. The unit was very clean. The view from our balcony was absolutely awesome.

I could not have been happier or more impressed with the Shining Sea property at Topsail Dunes and the overall experience of renting from the owners. They were extremely quick at answering questions and communicating all the information I could want or need. The property itself was immaculately clean and had everything to make my stay easy and relaxing. The kitchen lacked for nothing, the bathroom was great, furniture and bed was really comfortable and above all -- CLEAN. I believe I ate every meal on the lovely deck and had beautiful sunrises each day. It's perfect for small parties and I will definitely seek out this property again when traveling alone or with just one or 2 others.

Weekend getaway with the fiance in January/off-season. We saw dolphins from the balcony several times during our 2 night stay. The condo was cute and cozy. The bathroom was very tight but manageable. Minimal

Shining Seas was the perfect short getaway from hectic daily work schedules and responsibilities! The condo was super cute, very clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The location is awesome. The balcony is right on the beach, and the pier is a short drive to get great shrimp! This is a wonderful place to unwind, relax and chill on the beach. Thank you so much. I booked this stay thru VRBO and I am completely satisfied. The condo is in North Topsail Island, NC. It was clean and well equipped and it was right on the beach. It was wonderful having out morning coffee on the balcony. Just like being on the beach without the sand! Mr. Martin, the owner, made sure we had everything we needed before we left home, he was prompt to answer when I had a question. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay! This was our first trip to Topsail and we were not disappointed. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and really enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the unit. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was well decorated. Beautiful views on both sides of the building. We saw dolphins and found a bunch of shark teeth. It was hard to leave and go back home!

Just spent 6 nights in this condo and we were very pleased with the accommodations. You are right on the beach. You have a beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. The condo was very well equipped. We found the condo to be exactly as advertised. Communications from VRBO and the owner were excellent.
